Megjegyzések:	The separation of abnormal spermatozoa was performed in an in vitro penetration model, earlier published by the author, using mid-cycle bovine mucus. Results were calculated by making spermatocytograms prior to and after the penetration. Morphology had better qualities after bovine mucus penetration. In some cases the improvement amounted to more than 30-40 per cent, the lowest recovery being also more than 2 per cent. Our investigations suggest that bovine mucus seems to be a convenient material for sperm separation and in a suitable filtering model it could be used in the practice.
