Megjegyzések:In this paper I would like to report on the economic components of contractual freedom for Hungary. In this article the investigation of the change of the Economic Freedom of the World index is presented. Five different types of the areas of the index are analyzed and they are presented in graphical form. The graphs were approximated with linear function in order to see the changes in the last 3 decades. The freedom of contract is a fundamental principle of a free society in modern private law. Economic freedom is a fundamental category of economic, suggests that market participants are free to apply for voluntary exchange.
