Megjegyzések:	Eurasian Collared Dove is one of the faster flight small game. The reason why hunting of Collared Doves requires skill of shooter it results that this fast flight is the greatest hunting value. The flight profile is largely influenced by the shape of the wing. This depends on the anatomy of feathers, but these are poorly researched currently. Morphometric parameters were measured on primary feathers, and then we compared these with the same feathers of Feral Pigeon. Feral Pigeon was ideal for comparison due to the reason that it has almost the same size and shape species, but more slowly flying characteristic of him. Statistical analysis (descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test) was performed to compare the two species. We present descriptive statistic data of primary feathers and the differences between the two species. Our results suggest that length/width ratio of feathers may be related to species flying speed, but probably other parameters, such as body size and weight may also affect them. Furthermore, these results may could be used to identify these two species based on their feathers, which can be useful in moulted feathers sampling. In conclusion, our study expands the available knowledge to small game species, which is not in the focus of attention.
