Megjegyzések:	Construction is one of the biggest industries in the world, which is why optimizing constructionprocesses is indispensable. Construction logistics has many important areas like intralogistics, inventorymanagement or supply chain management. This paper deals with another significant part of it: layout planning.In the first part of the paper, the principles of lean logistics are explained. Then, the criteria of site layoutplanning considered relevant by the authors are elaborated. Later,related pieces of research in Multi-criteriadecision making (MCDM) and fuzzy literature are investigated. Finally, the authors introduce their method(and illustrate it with an example) and evaluate one of the most significant parts of it: aggregation. Aggregationin our context means the transformation from fuzzy space to real one (this includes both defuzzificationtechniques and calculation of the expected value). In the final section, results and future research directions aresummarized.
