Megjegyzések:	The newest surveys on domestic competitiveness have highlighted the essential role of relative shortage of flexible, high-quality management and leadership tools in Hungary. On this basis, there might be laid more stress upon the knowledge-transfer among the actors of the academic research centers, the well-proved competitors living on the real market and monopolies, working under semi-fixed rules. This paper focuses on operation of the Hungarian market leader gambling company, from the view of strategic environmental indicators and responses have been given by Szerencsejáték Zrt., in the last 23 years. The outcomes of research have pointed out, that strategic operation patterns of Szerencsejáték Zrt. show significant correlation at first hand with the recent strategic shift-orientation reported on cutting-edge global oil-companies, at second hand with the strategic-operation observed during the years of ecological and political change in Hungary, and finally with the shift in crafting and implementing of local strategies, after the last financial crises.
