Megjegyzések:	Dr. Julius Pallagi (1867-1903) was Zsigmond Móricz's uncle. He was the headmaster of the Calvinist Gymnasium in Kisújszállás, and Móricz's mathematics and physics teacher as well. He win his doctoral degree in 1895 in mathematics however he mastered also philosophy and physics. Loránd Eötvös invited him to be his assistant, but because of the financial troubles of the Pallagi family he decided for becoming a school teacher. As teacher and an educator he was one of the bests of his era. The style and the content of his textbooks anticipated the future developments. His nephew he patronized from 1896. Thanks to this support, Móricz could make good amends for his default in Sárospatak, and he graduated successfully. Pallagi became an idol for Móricz and in several novels he portrayed truly his figure like in his novel "Wine is Ferment" as the source of G. Isaák's character.
