Megjegyzések:	Competitve sport is a very important means of creating the image of the institutes of Higher Education. Through the developmen of competitive sportt, the intitute-development programme can be forced to a developing track, which in turn can serve as the basis of successful competitive sports (qualitative sports) and as the source of new supplies. The high- quality sports facilities would guarantee ideal training conditions, the generation of voluntary sport activities, the improvement and rise of leisure activities, the development of a healthy professional class, and the organization of grandiose sports events. All these factors contribute to the fact that the judgement of the Institute will improve. It is very important that standardized thinking about sports helps to establish a vital, and respective source for sport activities. Sport has an indispensable role in the establishment of the conceptions of the Higher Education sports system. This article summarizes the most important ides and areas of the organizational work of sports activities, and it tries to make its statements clear through the specific example of the University of Debrecen.
