Megjegyzések:In [5] we considered the problem of equivalence of the n-dimensional octahedron and cube equations which was conjectured by D. Z. DJOKOVIC and H. HARUKI. Here we prove this conjecture using results of M. LEFRANC on spectral synthesis for Z(k). Our method leads to the proof of another conjecture which states that the solutions of these functional equations are polynomials of degree at most 2n - 1.
