Megjegyzések:This article discussed the legal instruments adopted in Indonesian electromobility legal development. Doctrinal legal research methods used in this study made the doctrine of the hierarchy of legal norms a significant focus. In addition, this study also inventoried and identified various laws and regulations related to electromobility legal development in Indonesia with specific criteria. This study shows that electromobility legal development in Indonesia is conducted by regulating the technological and non-technological dimensions using autonomous and inconsistent delegated regulations. Indonesian electromobility legal development also has impacted other sectors, namely mining and international trade.
