Megjegyzések:	This work aimed to evaluate the inbreeding of the three indigenous horse breeds from Mezőhegyes: Gidran, Furioso-North Star and Nonius. The breeding of these breeds was influenced by a lot of things in the past centuries. Their breeding aims were changed from military purposes to hobby and sport usage which changed their character too. In the last decades population genetics, especially pedigree analysis were highly used methods. The genealogical information was traced back from the actual breeding population back to the founder animals, and the final database contained more than 47,000 horses. The reference populations were defined as the registered breeding sires in 2019. In this work, we estimated the Wright inbreeding coefficient of the animals in the reference populations, and the partial inbreeding coefficients for the breed- and linefounder sires were also computed. The partial inbreeding for these founders was similar. The breeding of these genealogical lines was based on traditions, there were no different coefficients in these examined lines.
