Megjegyzések:Atmospheric aerosols (especially mineral dusts) play an important role in shaping the Earth's energy balance. The main sources of atmospheric dust are the extensive arid and semi-arid (Sahara, Sahel) regions of North Africa. In this study, two Saharan dust storm events affecting Hungary were investigated. Data from the TROPOspheric Monitoring Instrument (TROPOMI), the on-board imaging spectrometer of Sentinel-5P, were used. We found that although the path and concentration of dust clouds can be well tracked, identifying the source regions can be difficult in certain cases
