Megjegyzések:	Cultural heritage sites are considered as tourism highlights with social, cultural and economic values. Tourism resources of historical and cultural relics can make tourists sense the evolution of history, which is an important characteristic of tourism resource in China. It is also the cornerstone of the tourism industry development in China. Dali City is represented by the three pagodas and Chong sheng Temple, which has distinctive tourism resources of historical and cultural relics in the Dali ancient city in Tang and Song Dynasty (618-1279 AC). The heritage site considered are of unique cultural values to Dali China and the World. However, in the process of its development, the problems of insufficient propaganda, weakening of industrial chain and lack of tourism attraction have not been effectively solved in the past decade. In view of these problems, this work made a systematic analysis of the tourism development on historical and cultural relics of Dali City by means of the SWOT analysis method. The aim of this paper is to present and analysis multiple tourism values of these two cultural and historical relics.
