Megjegyzések:	As a traditional sport event the summer Olympic Games in London completed several objectives. With organising this event London and the United Kingdom showed they are able to manage a big sports event of the 21st century. The organisers completed their tasks with paying attention to the original ideas of the Olympic Games defined by the ancient Hellenes and by Baron de Coubertin. If we analyse the 2012 London Olympic Games from the viewpoint of the economy and of the project management we can see that the event fitted all the expectations. The event became much more expensive and some problems detected during the project realization but the overall outcome of the project was very well because during the event no serious problems were reported. The views of the broadcasts from the Olympic Games were very high because the event has been broadcasted by television, radio and internet channels all around the world. In our article we analysed several impacts of the 2012 London Olympic Games.
