Megjegyzések:On 3 December 2020, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruled that a service that puts taxi passengers directly in touch with taxi drivers via an app constitutes an Information Society service (ISS) and not a taxi service ? when that service does not form an integral part of the overall service, regarding which the principal component is the provision of transport ?, meaning that such apps may not have to face the same regulatory burdens as taxi firms.
