Nowhere else in the country there are so many beaches, aquaparks, adventure baths, slides, indoor and uncovered spa areas as in the Northern Great Plain region. Megjegyzések:	In Hungary, with the introduction of every day physical education, a shortage of human resources and sports infrastructure has emerged. In the high school curriculum there is a high number of outdoor sports that can help solve the infrastructural problem. Outdoor sports can play an important role in developing the ability of middle school students in preventing and developing healthy lifestyles. The article describes the national P.E.curriculum the opportunities for outdoor sports education in connection with high scool. the benefits of outdoor sports are presented. By analyzing international literature, good practice is presented and analyzed
