Megjegyzések:The dominance of the service sector is now unquestionable worldwide. In developed regions, its share in gross domestic product (GDP) and employment is around 70%. According to the European Central Bank, its share in the euro area in 2018 was 73.9%, in US was 80,2% and in EU-28 was 70,4% (ECB, EUROSTAT, 2020). The rise of services goes hand in hand with economic development (Szalavetz, 2008). Regarding the Hungarian data, in 2019 services accounted for 55% of GDP (including trade, vehicle repair, accommodation services and hospitality, totaling 11.3% last year) and received 65% of employment. The 5.1% increase in GDP last year was driven by the 3.5% increase in services, of which trade, accommodation and food service activities (11%) saw the largest growth (KSH, 2020). Due to the coronavirus, economic growth will decline in 2020, but the rate of decline is not predictable yet. Due to the limitation of personal contacts, the first affected group is service providers, which is why this study examines this sector, including one of the important segments of services, the music industry. In our study, the economic impact of the coronavirus is presented through the example of a Hungarian club band.

Megjegyzések:The market environment has changed significantly in recent years. Globalization, market concentration, rapid flow of information and technological advancement make increase competition in all industries. The previously commonly used the company, recognize the threats and opportunities outside the company, in this regard intuition skills have outstandingly importance. In this article, the authors present the importance of strategic planning and its connection to traditional planning and its differences. After that, the paper presents the internationally recognized strategic planning method, its steps and the quantitative approach was replaced by the emphasis on quality. The significant changes in the economic, social and natural environment require more responsible mentality and forcing companies to make more responsible decisions. Planning periods have been shortened. Due to rapid changes plans have to become dynamic and multiple controls and feedback have required at the planning stage. Due to the above changes, the overall strategic planning has also come to the fore. The main task of strategic planning is to recognize and respond to the opportunities of the organization in time, and to develop a systematic action program with a systematic approach to analyzing their risks. Successful strategy-making is a success factor of proper strategic thinking. This affects the company's framework of the strategy. The strategic thinker should coordinate a procedure to monitor the state of relationship of each step and its interrelation in particular the internal assessment methods. The development and formulation of the strategy begins with the definition of the business vision and the business mission. These are subordinated to analyze that seek to understand the firm's strategic position. After that, the possible strategic directions can be selected. After selecting the strategic direction (s), the long-term objectives of the organization should be recorded. Knowing the objectives, possible strategic options should be considered and analyzed. The final step of planning is the strategic choice that will help the organization decides which version or variations will be used in the implementation phase. The method described above provides a framework that can be applied not only at company level, but also at a sectoral, national, but individual level, as well.

Megjegyzések:Goat milk production is a dynamic and continuously expanding branch, which determines the life of millions of people, as well as constitutes an important part of the national economies of many countries (SILANIKOVE et al., 2010). Goat milk and the cheese made from it, was venerated in ancient Egypt, with some Pharaohs supposedly placing these foods among the other treasures in their burial tombs (SMITH, 2006). Across the globe, goats can be kept almost everywhere, even poor surroundings. Goats can play an important role in the human nutrition of the continuously increasing human population. Goats are able to provide high quality products under diverse climate conditions and in extreme environments. Globally, more people drink milk from goats than from any other animal (SILANIKOVE, 1994). Goat milk plays a decisive role in feeding starving and malnourished people in developing countries. At the same time in developed countries and also in Hungary these products are ?luxury" consumer goods. Due to its favourable effects on human health, goat milk has found a niche for itself in the trend towards healthy nutrition, as well in developed countries. The main objective of our empirical research was to analyse the respondents` perception and acceptance towards goat milk cheese in Debrecen, Hungary through blinded testing of cow, sheep and goat cheese. The empirical research has been carried out in the autumn, 2018 and beginning of 2019 with a sample of 202. Based on the results it can be stated, that respondents had almost the same opinion on the tested cheeses made from cow, sheep and goat milk, which is in contrary with the findings of some previous studies that goat milk products have a ?special smell or flavour. Based on the correlation test it can be stated, that there is no significant correlation between the age of respondents and the affordable cheese price, (how much respondents would pay for it) and between the income and the cheese price. The affordable price proved to be the highest for the goat cheese which may reflect its perceived high quality.

Megjegyzések:2020 posed a series of unforeseen challenges for economic actors. Digitalization, one of the most critical drivers of innovation, provided a lifeline for organizations who anticipated the opportunity and ramifications of a global pandemic. Digitalization offered alternative solutions for contacting partners, serving customer needs, retaining customers, and creating the possibility of online administration. The present study seeks to answer the question - using a database of ongoing research - to what extent are Hungarian and Romanian businesses able to discover the characteristics of the digital transformation, where and to what extent digital technology plays a role in the supply chain, and whether they have started digitization. The developed quantitative database was analyzed and processed utilizing SPSS 25 statistical software. Descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were run, followed by an analysis of variance to explore the existing relationships. For the multiple mean comparison test, the Tamhane test was used to analyze for differences in groups. As a result of the evaluation, the authors found statistical support that managers opinions on Internet Platforms creating more accessible business agreements is dependent on firm size with larger firms placing more emphasis on the benefits of Internet Platforms than smaller firms. The organizations recognize the potential of digital developments, but these developments are accompanied by a high degree of mistrust. Digital technology is typically used only to conduct processes during production or service activities and not as commonly conducted for increasing market share or expansion. Based on the authors' proposal, the broadest possible application of digital technology within a company can provide its user a long-term survival, competitive advantage, and further development opportunities.

Megjegyzések:The paper seeks to summarize opportunities offered by the University of Debrecen (UD) for the further development of students' innovative ideas to enter the marketplace, and to identify the essential links of the university's innovation ecosystem resulting in mutual benefits at local, regional, national and international levels. As a part of this programme in 2010 the innovative Finnish higher education system (Tiimiakatemia ? Team Academy) was launched at University of Debrecen Faculty of Economics and Business, which was also awarded by OECD and has been run at JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Jyvaskyla since 1993. In this system, we create team entrepreneurs who must work together in teams. Our Team Academy Debrecen's mission is to provide business training that develops entrepreneurial mindsets and self-awareness through practice-oriented and innovative approaches to the requirements of the modern age, creating opportunities for individual fulfillment, responsibility for themselves and the community. During the training, we focus on developing the following skills and abilities: developing team entrepreneurial skills, being able to teamwork, adapting to new environments, being able to co-create to build communities. Team Academy Debrecen learns new approaches and methodologies by putting them into practice take full responsibility for their actions and decisions learn from their mistakes, be open to new ideas. We believe they can learn faster and more through international cooperation. Author of this study work as team coach in Team Academy Debrecen. In the last 8 years, we have worked with several teams and experienced how group dynamics present at the teams and change through the learning process. We have faced with great storming period at different teams and managed to build high performing entrepreneur teams as well. Our experiences are introduced as case studies, after analysing, consequences will be concluded. As in the EFQM model we can find that to survive in the global competitive markets companies need the best teams for the best results.

Megjegyzések:Diversification of economy in Kazakhstan includes several prosperous directions, but main attention is paid on agro industrial sector. High productivity of foreign countries due to successful realization of farmersâ€? cooperation makes it key element of current state policy of development. However, despite the support provided and activities taken the cooperation implementation is still low. The aim of this research was to analyze the reasons of it and make suggestions for situation improvement. To analyze current position of cooperatives in Kazakhstan, the main international agricultural cooperation models were examined and their history together with historical background of agricultural cooperatives in Kazakhstan. Based on the data it can be concluded that various economic doctrines were the base of each model. Authors explored three different models existed in agricultural cooperatives history: Western (market economy), Soviet (government-planned economy) and Israeli (social commune). Interviews were conducted with experts in agricultural sector and food marketing in order to investigate, which factors restrain cooperationâ€?s integration. After studying updated version of law on agricultural cooperatives and conducting interviews authors constructed SWOT-analysis, which defined the main weakness of stateâ€?s cooperatives. The unawareness of farmers about benefits of cooperation was chosen as a problem to be solved. On the base of it authors created problem-tree and further elaborated solution-tree. Authors recommend prolonging and intensifying government support, and involving private business in agricultural cooperatives development. The support should be multilevel; upper-level includes subsidies payments and legislation modifications; local bodies should help strategical planning elaboration and organization of production sales.
