Megjegyzések:Goat milk production is a dynamic and continuously expanding branch, which determines the life of millions of people, as well as constitutes an important part of the national economies of many countries (SILANIKOVE et al., 2010). Goat milk and the cheese made from it, was venerated in ancient Egypt, with some Pharaohs supposedly placing these foods among the other treasures in their burial tombs (SMITH, 2006). Across the globe, goats can be kept almost everywhere, even poor surroundings. Goats can play an important role in the human nutrition of the continuously increasing human population. Goats are able to provide high quality products under diverse climate conditions and in extreme environments. Globally, more people drink milk from goats than from any other animal (SILANIKOVE, 1994). Goat milk plays a decisive role in feeding starving and malnourished people in developing countries. At the same time in developed countries and also in Hungary these products are ?luxury" consumer goods. Due to its favourable effects on human health, goat milk has found a niche for itself in the trend towards healthy nutrition, as well in developed countries. The main objective of our empirical research was to analyse the respondents` perception and acceptance towards goat milk cheese in Debrecen, Hungary through blinded testing of cow, sheep and goat cheese. The empirical research has been carried out in the autumn, 2018 and beginning of 2019 with a sample of 202. Based on the results it can be stated, that respondents had almost the same opinion on the tested cheeses made from cow, sheep and goat milk, which is in contrary with the findings of some previous studies that goat milk products have a ?special smell or flavour. Based on the correlation test it can be stated, that there is no significant correlation between the age of respondents and the affordable cheese price, (how much respondents would pay for it) and between the income and the cheese price. The affordable price proved to be the highest for the goat cheese which may reflect its perceived high quality.

Megjegyzések:In the recent past, E-commerce has been growing rapidly, the tremendous growth of online companies mushrooming everywhere. This has created many business opportunities for the different segment of business in Kenya. Business to Business, Business to Consumers, Consumers to Consumers, However, we will concentrate on the Business to Consumers form of business. Therefore, this paper will do research reviews on issues of security, privacy, and trust surrounding e-commerce in Kenya to ensure that the consumers gain trust in these online companies. The purpose of the study will be to provide solutions facing e-commerce in terms of the trust, security, and privacy. Consumer distrust is a major concern, mainly regarded as the protection of private information and the fear of the risk of being exposed to online fraudulent activities. This has been the main obstacle to e-commerce in Kenya. With all the benefits that online business present to the companies and consumers, it is the best interest of the companies to increase its trustworthiness to its users. Some of the online crimes will be analyzed and solutions provided with practical guidelines to achieve confidence in the online business environment. The research will be significant to scholars, government, academicians and other stakeholders in the implementation of policy and laws that can govern E-commerce in Kenya. This will be made possible by analysis of the Jumia company which has been operating in Kenya for the last for the last five years with the tremendous growth and been preferred by most of the consumers in the country. It will demonstrate how different reviews conducted previously were of additional value to the current research. The research shows the challenges faced by e-commerce and also provides the possible solutions for the challenges. In the conclusion, it recommends what the government, online companies, and consumers should do to embrace online business and reap the full benefits of e-commerce.

Megjegyzések:This paper analyses the educational self-assessment of Hungarian undergraduate business economics students, focusing primarily on the concept of financial literacy as students predict and evaluate their own performance in written examinations relative to their externally assessed achievement. The main purpose of this study is to explore whether high-achieving students are more accurate in their self-assessment when predicting and evaluating their financial knowledge. In the pre- and post-examination predictions the higher achieving students actually seem to predict and evaluate their examination results more accurately than their lower-achieving fellows. Although we found no substantial differences in selfestimation by gender, females seemed to less likely to overestimate their financial knowledge after taking exams. Our conclusion also allows policy makers to identify potential needs in relation to specific features of financial literacy and provides evidence about which groups of people are in need of supplementary support, not only in higher education but in other contexts as well.

Megjegyzések:An increasing number of small and medium enterprises operate and supervise their financial, logistics, production, human resource and other activities with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) IT systems, which are capable of managing these processes in a uniform framework. It is our research objective to explore analytical and prediction methods which can provide solutions to various financial and logistics problems that are faced by nowadays' enterprises. In order to achieve this objective, we analysed a real database of an enterprise using SAP. This database covers the period between January 2013 ? October 2016 and contains 7 million sales records of 15,674 different products. These products also include currently inactive items, however, they can still be important from the aspect of data analysis in relation to the examined period. The data structure was created using the recently introduced SAP HANA (High Performance Analytic Appliance) database management system which revolutionised data storage with its in-memory and column-oriented features. This new technology makes it possible to execute various transactions more effectively and more quickly. Following the preparation of the schematics of data needed for processing and the calculation of calculation fields, we used the tools provided by SAP Predictive Analytics which was introduced to the market in 2015. After filtering sales data for 15 quarters, we used k-means clustering for each period. After preparing and examining the clusters, we made observations which make it easier to perform stock management, logistics and pricing activities in the future, thereby contributing to the long-term increase of enterprise profit. Clustering was also performed in R programming language, which enabled us to illustrate the clustering results, i.e., each sales record in 3D, colouring them based on their associated cluster label. After inspecting these graphic outputs, it was concluded that certain products should be withdrawn from the market, while others should be either developed or their stock level increased.We used regression analysis on the cluster centroids to predict the movement of each cluster mainly in terms of time. As a result, we provided an estimation as to the direction that the products belonging to the sales records in each cluster will fluctuate to in accordance with the coordinates of the cluster centroids, thereby making recommendations related to the management of each item and group of items. As a next step, we performed a global F test for regression analysis to examine the correctness of our model. As a conclusion, we reject the null hypothesis which stated that our model is basically invalid

Megjegyzések:In the modern world, we are facing with digitalization in all spheres of human life. Of course, digital technologies rapidly implemented in the education system. We can call this term Education 4.0 due to the school of thought that encourages non-traditional thinking when it comes to imparting education. Education 4.0 essentially uses technology-based tools and resources to drive education in nontraditional ways. Instead, with Education 4.0, you can have remote students that sign into their classrooms using the internet through modes like massive online open courses or video chat or dialling in through voice calls, to learn materials that are more dynamic in nature with peers who might or might not be learning at the same pace as them. At the present moment corporate and university circles understand that "Lifelong learning" has been not only a buzzword but vital objective for an opportunity to follow modern trends and stay competitive. An Unicon study reports that the number of corporate universities - which provide education in-house, ondemand, and, often, on the job - has exploded to more than 4,000 in the United States and more than twice that number worldwide. The first trend in the Education 4.0 is powerful trends reshaping the industry and fueling the emergence of the Personal Learning Cloud as a networked learning infrastructure. The second trend is the decline of standard classroom-based programs, such as those primarily offered by business schools and universities. The third trend is the rise of customizable learning environments, through platforms and applications that personalize content according to learners' roles and their organizations' needs. The dominant platforms now count millions of enrollees in individual courses and tens of millions of total users. These trends are linked and form a cohesive pattern. Our goal is to present these trends in Education 4.0 and the strategies, benefits and challenges of digital education.

Megjegyzések:Central East European Countries (CEECs) may have reliance to import commodities and barriers to export their competitive products after the integration as European Union members. CEECs may also have negative exposure to the economic crisis after their integration in the EU. Foreign Exchange Rate (FER) as a significant factor which is still argued by the previous researchers possibly will impact the trade balance. The interesting perspective in this research is to analyze the condition of FER and trade balance in CEECs after their integration in the EU. CEECs countries may use Euro or USD to trade with their international trade partner. The fluctuation of FER in term of appreciation or depreciation may have influenced foreign trade. This research purposes to examine the direction of fluctuating FER on the trade balance. Data used in this research are used secondary data namely FER, Export, and Import during 5 years from January 2014 until September 2018. The tool of analysis used in the analysis is a regression. In the last five years, Hungary, Poland, Romania have domestic depreciations denominated in Euro. On the other hand, Albania, Croatia, and Czech have domestic appreciations compared to Euro. The fluctuations of the FER in CEECs also have an influence on their balance of trade. The highest determination coefficient denoted in Croatia is 38,8 per cent referring to the variation of FER determining the trade balance. The research hypothesis is accepted in the countries case namely Albania, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, and Romania. The coefficient result shows two paths of depreciation and appreciation. First, depreciation of domestic currencies may increase the deficit of trade balance with the inelastic price of import and elastic price of export products demand in the same moment. Second, the appreciation of FER may also increase the deficit of trade balance through the elastic price of the import and export commodities demand at a similar time. Finally, the depreciation may also lead to a surplus of trade balance through the elastic price of export and import products assumption. It entails that the countries explicitly the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovak, and Slovenia who have a surplus in the trade balance retain and endure the export quantity.

Megjegyzések:Islamic banking system has observed a high remarkable growth in the circles of global finance since the last three decades. This paper is intended to provide a perspective of Islamic banking in three countries, namely in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Jordan and Pakistan by analyzing the financial performance of Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) operating in these countries. A DuPont method is used for our financial analysis. This article consists of two main parts. The first one provides an overview of Islamic banking system and the other represents some empirical findings. In this perspective our study highlights that the financial performance (return on equity) of DIB is better than in UAE comparing to Pakistan and Jordan. The variability of our results can be attributed to several determinants; i.e. different profitability, efficiency and debt policy, and the Islamic institutional environment. Consequently, the age of banks and length of implementation of Islamic banking in the respective countries are also matter.
