Megjegyzések:At this present economical situation micro and small businesses have no resources, energyand also no time for building up and sustaining expensive process-optimalising andimproving systems. Rationalisation of business procedures is simple, and can be achievedby using cheap instruments. Involving an outside advisor is not needed, and also not necessaryto invest in expensive softwares. Setting up a team which takes part in the processis sufficient. We are modeling this present process and revealing the failures by usingFMEA failure mode and effect analising method on the process. After that we make stepsto resolve failures. Then we are modeling this new, revised process, making analisys withstochastic methods on its elements, the results of which can be compared with the upshotsof the basic process. With the help of this, it clearly seems what the effects are on the processrecommended by the FMEA. With this universal method system any process, notonly logistical and manufacturing, but also administrative procedures can be rationalised.In this article I am introducing the use of this method through the shakeout of the supply procedure of Partner-Point Commercial and Service Ltd.

Cím:The role and importance of lean tools in warehouse management / Pauluk Júlia, Oláh Judit

Megjegyzések:The aim of this study is to present lean tools which can be adopted in a warehouse. We think that lean is adaptable in warehouse operation, although companies in Hungary mainly introduce this method in production. This paper describes lean thinking, which does not only cover creating more value for customers with fewer resources, but it also refers to a complete philosophy. We provide insight into different lean methods and tools which can be effectively used by warehouses to operate more efficiently. Examples include 5S, kaizen, value stream mapping, standardised work and problem solving methods. Based on the case study method, this research focuses on the implementation of 5S in the material supply department of Lego Manufactuting Ltd. in Nyíregyháza. We interviewed Nagy Gyula, who is the material supply manager of the company. We think that lean tools (5S, standardised work) can be adopted by warehouses without any significant capital investment. However, workers still need to be convinced to use these tools in their everyday work, which is a rather difficult effort.

Megjegyzések:The condition of companies' long term viability and competitiveness is to realizethat they have an indisputable and untransferable responsibility for their environmentand for the society. In the last three decades the acceptance of corporatesocial responsibility (CSR) improved a lot, especially in the developed world.Organizations are facing pressure from governments, international agreements,society and various stakeholders, to improve their behaviour towards the naturalenvironment. Companies try to reveal social and environmental connections proactivelyin order to the solution will be built in their good practise.The aim of this study is the conceptual clarification of corporate social responsibility,next the analysis of two top sporting goods manufacturers' (Adidas Groupand Puma) CSR activity in special regard to their environmentally consciousbehaviour with the help of data gained from their web sites, reports, case studies.
