Megjegyzések:As a part of a broad-scale study, this paper examines the current use and utilization potentials of renewable energies in the NorthGreat Plain Region. Due to its structural properties, geographical situation, climate and morphology, the Region sees a most favourablesituation in the fi eld of geothermal energy, biomass and solar energy. The analyses having been performed so far supportthe assumption that agricultural combined energy production has signifi cant potentials in rural development. With the combinedexploitation of the renewable energy potential, agriculture in the North Great Plain Region may provide fi r the energy demands ofits own activities and the local surroundings. Agriculture as the local energy provider may create a new source of incomes in thesector seeing a shortage of fi nancial resources, as well as an opportunity of breakthrough for rural communities.

Megjegyzések:The presented computer program is capable of calculating the performance parameters of electromobiles from the technical parametersof their machine parts. Reached speed and covered distance within a given period of time and also the top speed of the vehiclescan be calculated. Moreover, the optimal values of the technical parameters (such as the optimal gear ratio in the chain drive)can be determined indirectly. Thus the program is a useful help for designers of electromobiles and also a useful tool to predict theperformance of a given model in the competition.
