Megjegyzések:	The study of the local councils in the north deals with the analysis of the organizationalculture in the Hungarian Northern Great Plain region. This study of organizational culture is part of theexamination research. In view of the examination of the organizational culture we used the GLOBEresearch, which in the research project "Contesting with the world" at the Corvinus University(Budapest) has been already successfully applied. Koopman, Den Hartog, Konrad and their co-authors(1999) examined twenty-one of the European variable cultures, while Brodbeck and his co-authorsinvestigated the variables of leadership values in the European clusters. The present study uses theGLOBE research project for the examination of the cultural dimensions in the local councils. Reviewinga number of the literature we did not meet the same measurments in the case of local authorities.
