Megjegyzések:Critical thinking is a job which needs the highest attention of brain. Interest for learning, the capacity of grasping the information, critical thinking and inferring knowledge from facts depend upon a number of factors. Course Content development framework is the primary key for achieving higher engagement in e-learning portals. It becomes important to analyze and to know the learner's behavior, professional workload and academic background in order to give thrust to the critical thinking skills of learners. According to Stretching Theory of Eva M. Krakow a person makes around 35,000 decisions daily some of them have an intensive impact on the long run and some do not. Almost all professionals follow constructivist elearning after their work which makes them feel lazy and mentally tired. The tendency of avoiding to make more decisions because of the mass of the decisions taken earlier is called decision fatigue. According to John Sweller, the amount of working memory at any instance of time is the survey it was concluded that people who follow the course after the job complained about mental tiredness and interface with high cognitive load. They also feel that they need frequent revisions of the topics they had learnt before. Our proposal is to consider decision fatigue, cognitive load, mental tiredness and demand for frequent revision while building a course content development framework in a constructive e-learning environment. This will act as a catalyst to improve leaner's analytical and thinking skills by using learners' working memory optimally.
