Megjegyzések:	In the present paper we give a new type of statistical results onthe distribution of integral polynomials of given degree. The main feature of ourformula is that we can see a clear distinction with respect to the signature of polynomials.For example, we see that among certain polynomials in question, totallyreal ones are very rare. Further we show that reducible polynomials are negligiblein every formula. We derive asymptotic results on Pisot, Salem and expandingpolynomials that often appear as dilation constants of dynamical systems.

Megjegyzések:	The aim of the present paper is to provide the background to construct linear recurring sequences with uniform distribution modulo 2s. The theory is developed, and an algorithm based on the achieved results is given. The constructed sequences may have arbitrarily large period lengths depending only on the computational power of the used machines.
