Megjegyzések:Over the last half century, there has been an empirically perceptible rapid change and change of direction in social and linguistic processes. Our world has become more interactive, the flow of information has become faster, and communication technology is constantly evolving. The accelerated processes, evolution of history and culture of minority groups in families and mixed marriages result in the loss of language, which can lead to an identity crisis. The purpose of the study is to present, through a process ? from the 1960s to the present days - how one dimension, that is language, has formed the identity of couples living in mixed marriages in Vojvodina and also the members of Romani women's community in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county as well as what similarities and differences can be discovered in the lives of the two minority groups. Our research has concluded that opening up mobility channels significantly accelerates assimilation and language loss.

Megjegyzések:This paper focuses on a particularly vulnerable group of young people within the contemporary Hungarian society, so called: NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training). On those youngsters who are unemployed, and not taking part in any education or training system. In this work, the author tries to put into words his own integration dilemmas relating to the Hungarian NEET group. The thinking was basically guided by a study of KOVÁCH et al. (2016), The integration and stratification models of Hungarian society. Some stratification models were researched in that study and in this paper some of these will be com-pared with the Hungarian NEET, the work tries to identify their possible positions in the different models, and reflects on some dilemmas relating to the integration of the Hungarian NEET group. The present research focuses on three stratification models: occupational groups, status groups and latent classes, then on the integration/disintegration model. The study tries to place the Hungarian NEET group in the first three models, and reflects on their situation then, looking at the integration/disintegration model, draws conclusions on the integrability of the Hungarian NEET group.

Megjegyzések:This work is based on one of my researches that was published in Hungarian language in 2016.1 Present study focuses on young people who are NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) and it especially deals with the NEET population in a Hungarian city, called Szeged. This town is located in south-east Hungary, the third most populated city in the country. In this study the author presents the number of the NEET group in Szeged, and also focuses on the qualification levels of the members of the NEET group. Both perspectives provide data and further inspiration for future studies in the country. The research applied different statistical data sets from two informants; one of them is called Central Statistics Office (CSO), the other one is called Employment Department (ED). Both of them are located in Szeged as local organisations of their main Offices. International data (EUROSTAT, OECD) show that the issue of NEET is a considerable problem in the European Union as well as in Hungary. Furthermore, the size of the NEET group in Hungary was higher in the research year than the average in the EU and the OECD. The research points out that the size of the NEET group in Szeged is considerably high (7.31%), and the rate of man is higher (8.11%) than of women (6.57%). On the other hand, the overall qualification level is very low within the NEET which may entail integration difficulties into employment or education in the future. Apart from the fact that the NEET rate is fairly high in the town, it needs to draw attention to a very challenging issue due to the different measurement procedures coming from the two informants. The local ED is able to measure those members of the NEET group who are registered by the ED and also agreed to cooperate with the competent office. However, the CSO works from a survey which was generally taken in the Hungarian population. This was a census taken in 2011. Therefore, its scope was wider than the ED's. The research has shown that the local ED, which registers the members of the local NEET group, is not able to see more than half of the whole NEET population (55.72%) in Szeged. Thus, apart from this statistical number, we do not know more information about the greater part of the NEET group in Szeged.

Megjegyzések:Th is paper primarily focuses on the NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) phenomenon in Hungary, and also on the target group designated by the term. Th e study tries to walk around the concept of the NEET, and also this problematic phenomenon because this is a less published area in Hungary although the international literature on the subject is copious. Th e study designates the target group, it seeks to provide a defi nition of the concept, and it separates the NEET community from those who suff er from similar problems in Hungary but do not fall under the defi nition of NEET. In the second part of the work, data will be presented about the size of the NEET group. Th e study draws on current international data but also presents data on the size of the Hungarian NEET population. Comparing these statistics highlights the vulnerability of this special group. In the fi nal part, the study seeks to demonstrate the importance of researching and tackling NEET issues from a Social Policy and Social Psychology point of view. During the study, besides the relatively few Hungarian literatures, I relied on papers written in the English language where the topic is presented, the defi nition is made, the target group is defi ned and also where the theme is generally introduced.
