Megjegyzések:As organizations struggle to sustain operations and compete innovatively, the key to achieving strategy is investing in human resources. In maintaining efficiency and securing sustainability, employee job satisfaction is a prerequisite. Job satisfaction is a litmus paper of employee performance in organizations that indicates how well the job is done. The foremost objective of the study is to see the contribution of the constructs to the employee satisfaction level of the organization. To achieve the objective of the study, 281 sample respondents were contactedto collect data. Data were collected through a self-reported Likert scale questionnaire, which allowed for quantitative data analysis. The degree of the association tested significant, and the constructs proved momentous contribution to employee job satisfaction. Working on building and upholding all aspects of satisfaction helps to increase and nurture the level of job satisfaction of employees which ultimately contributes to the growth of the organization. A synergistic and holistic approach to the various constructs of employee job satisfaction can create a better shed for employees to remain steady and pleasant.

Megjegyzések:Though online shopping is increasingly receiving the attention and appreciation there still are various factors which adversely affect the phenomenon of online purchases by making consumers being hesitant towards online purchase making. Shopping via internet is tremendously being practices by citizens of India, this increase in online shopping practice has been witnesses and researched and there are various reasons proved for it including the cheap internet availability across the nation to the increase in consumers' trust and acceptance towards online purchase and payments. However, on other hand online shopping is not preferred by many individuals across the nation for various reasons. This study focuses on this gap to know the basic factors which adversely affect consumer buying intention via online in apparel segment. A convenient sample of 319 students was collected and analysed employing SPSS for factor analysis and two major factors were found which adversely affect consumers' buying intention via online in apparel segment. Poor packing and fear of fake brands were found to be major variables which are the reason for the consumers' hesitation towards online shopping of apparels

Megjegyzések:Organizational performance in terms of efficiency, customer satisfaction, market share, compliance to policies, acquisition of skills and profits has been a great challenge. The specific objectives guiding the study were to establish the effect of strategic plans, strategic control and human capital development on organizational performance. The study was guided by balance score card model, leadership theory, systems theory and transactional theory. A descriptive research design was adopted in the study. The target population was 15 organization's senior managers and 125 support staff. Stratified random sampling method was used to select 94 respondents. The study used both a closed and an open-ended questionnaire to collect primary data. Using descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation, quantitative data was analyzed and presented in terms of tables, charts and graphs. Inferential statistics such as correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used The study established a significant effect of strategic plans, strategic controls and human capital development on organizational performance. The study findings showed that when an organization creates and shares a clear strategic plan, it is able to align every employee around a shared purpose, and proactively pursue set objectives to achieve long-term goals. The study recommends that organization should set performance standards by identifying precisely the results which are desired and develop robust strategic plan, control and competent human resource.

Megjegyzések:In running the country's economy, cooperation from the government as a fiscal policy maker and the central bank as a monetary policymak-er becomes necessary. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Indonesian state's fiscal and monetary policies in overcoming inflation, reducing unemployment and strengthening the rupiah exchange rate. This research uses descriptive and literature review as the analysis. The variables of this research are the fiscal and monetary policy measured by Indonesian Energy Subsidy, Inflation, Unemployment, and exchange rate. Based on the analysis the research found that in the short term, a gradual reduction in fuel subsidies can also be made, provided that the government can also overcome social impacts for the poor.

Megjegyzések:North Sulawesi is the suburban area with the potential for natural wealth is quite abundant: the sea is rich, the land is fertile, and nature is beautiful. Soil fertility is very clearly seen in the fertility of coconut, clove, and nutmeg plants as traditional commodities of this region. Rice and pulses also grow easily and fertile. The government together with the cooperative service and SMEs are trying to facilitate SMEs to get microfinance credit funds. This research aimed to see the significant difference in financial performance of nine Small Medium manufacturing Enterprises in coastal coast area before and after using funds microfinance credit in Manado. Based on the results shows that the financial performance of SMEs in Manado City from the year before using microfinance credit and after using microfinance credit is changing, which is the average value of the financial ratio analysis experienced good changes. SMEs should be more effective in utilizing existing resources to generate sales, and SMEs should know the condition of the company's financial performance in their business from time to time so that the future can anticipate and quickly taking decisions for possibilities that could happen in the future, and further improve the company's performance in the future.
