Megjegyzések:Currently, the use of information technology is essential and offering electronic services which has become a necessity for all governments around the world. In Jordan, ICT sector is advanced in the Middle East and provides electronic services in various sectors. The goals of this paper are to find out the current situation and evaluate the quality of electronic public services for the Jordanian agricultural sector. In this paper, the government websites providing electronic services were analyzed to check the readiness of these websites and identify and verify electronic services in the agricultural sector. Seven main sites have been selected concerned with the agricultural sector in Jordan. Only three websites offer electronic services and in order to check these websites a survey of these websites was conducted based on literature criteria. These criteria checked the readiness of these websites from technical aspects, services, information security and ease of use for people with special needs. After the portal analysis, these websites showed general weakness in the management of sites, weakness in security tools for personal information, weakness in updated information and no websites showed any features for people with special needs. In addition to it, farmers and agricultural businesses in Jordan are currently not obliged by any law to use any electronic service, and they can still opt for traditional paper mail or personal visits.

Megjegyzések:The Agile approach proved to be effective in building self-managed software development teams that can quickly respond to rapid changes and adapt to ambiguous and complex business environments with fast-changing requirements. After the pandemic, and as a cause of worldwide lockdown, companies struggled to survive. Most companies started shifting their work processes and environment to handle ambiguity using Agile methods and tools. The company's transition to Agile is usually led by HR, which played an essential role in this change, managing the talent and choosing the best processes to benefit the organization and avoiding other rigid processes and consider them wastes. Some Agile methodologies can add tremendous value to the organizations, while applying other methods can be harmful. Today, companies seek to reinvent their working practices by incorporating the Agile approach to improve flexibility and meet increasingly competitive market demands. This study examines the Agile management role in the HRM environment transformation and its effect on the new reality of adopting technologies in all HRM.

Megjegyzések:While corporate social responsibility (CSR) has been extensively explored from the standpoint of large corporations and developed economies, smaller businesses and developing economies have received little attention. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) continue to be the backbone of most economies, significantly accounting for a major share in economic value creation. This implies that the contribution of SMEs in achieving sustainable development is therefore critical. The study seeks to add to the limited literature by investigating the implication of socially responsible behavior on the performance of SMEs in Nigeria. Corporate reputation, profit maximization and management efficiency are dependent variables used as proxies for performance measurement. A well-structured questionnaire was administered to 63 Nigerian SMEs. The study adopted a structural equation model using SmartPLS for the data analysis. Findings show a significant relationship between corporate social responsibility and the three determinants of firm performance (management efficiency, profit maximization and corporate reputation). This study has implications for owners/managers of SMEs who are keen on improving performance by leveraging on socially responsible behaviour through the development, implementation and communication of a sustainable and acceptable CSR initiative. Recommendations and suggestions for further investigations are made.

Megjegyzések:Organizations often aim to conveniently and rapidly provide their clients with a competitive value, so many organizations have taken advantage of the enormous technology and communications growth and introduced their services electronically and switched from 'traditional management' to 'electronic management.' In this context, HRM was designed to be EHRM, and the implementation of AI in the HRM is being presented at the time of the digital world. However, many organizations still have difficulties, particularly in developed countries, regarding the level of consumer acceptance of these services. There is still little awareness of user recognition of the use of AI in HRM services. In addition to this, previous literature research on the adoption of AI in HRM was mainly performed in developing countries. This study's primary objective was to provide a theoretical discussion and propose a theoretical framework for adapting HRM AI in the telecom sector in a developing country such as Jordan. Also, it addresses the variables that may influence the level of acceptance of the extended UTAUT2 model and describes the variables that affect the level of acceptance.

Megjegyzések:In this study, the nature and components of Industry 4.0, as well as its historical transformation into Industry 5.0, are analysed chronologically. The impacts that may have on our lives in the future are examined. Most importantly, the advantages and disadvantages of digital transformation have been highlighted throughout the chapters. The overall perspective of this transformation and its impact on private and public sectors are presented. The increasing trend of Society 5.0 is explained by considering the technology-centred economic system. Since the concept of Industry 4.0 has joined the literature, the importance of government regulations has been a well-discussed topic in social and economic studies. The actions of the European Commission towards the European Digital Single Market are outlined in this study since they are crucial practices of the expected digital transformation. As a result of this systematic literature review, the impacts will become more apparent after the structural digital transformation is achieved on a global scale.

Megjegyzések:The incredible scale of development in the world requires constant innovation of technologies used in agriculture. Precision agriculture is also one of the most defining trends in drone technology,representinga revolutionary innovation in arable crop production. Its continuous monitoring provides many opportunities to assess the specific culture, estimate yields, determine water shortages and nutrient deficiencies, and applyforother decision support. Frequent flights provide farmers with up-to-date information sothey can respond to changes in status quickly and cost-effectively. The use of drones is also responsible for improving thecompetitiveness of agriculture.Drones and solutions based on them are spreading rapidly around the world. After reviewing the relevant international literature, publications and materials published by stakeholders involved in drone technology, we conducted a questionnaire survey among farmersin northern Hungary. Commitment and willingness to precision developments were discoveredashow open they are to modern agriculture achievements, to what extentthey are willing to sacrifice technology, especiallyspray drones, to what extentthey keep in mind aspects related to the environmental load and with what willingness to invest. Overall, the perception of precision elements ispositive, farmers 71% considerthe use of drones in plant protection, for example, aaccurate and helpfuland useful idea, which reduces treading damage, chemical use and soil use.
