Megjegyzések:Internal Corporate Social Responsibility telah di diskusikan dalam riset akademis secara intensif sejak decade yang lalu. Terlepas dari perkembangan CSR internal, focus dari aktifitas internal CSR terhadap karyawan terlihat dikesampingkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai dan mengukur internal CSR, seperti Kesehatan dan Keamanan, Hak Asasi Manusia, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Keseimbangan Pekerjaan dan Hidup, dan Keberagaman Tempat Kerja di mana digunakan analisa kierja dan kepentingan. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 70 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Terminal Petikemas Bitung. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kesehatan dan Keamanan, Hak Asasi Manusia, dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Pekerjaan berada pada Kuadran II (pertahankan hasil yang baik ini). Sementara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan serta Keberagaman Tempat Kerja berada pada Kuadrant III (kinerja dan kepentingan kurang). Jadi berhubung, dengan temuan yang ditemui, terdapat beberapa saran terhadap manajemen PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Terminal Petikemas Bitung.

Megjegyzések:As the development of technology in this modern era, social media is used by companies as a medium to promote and introduce their products and services to consumers, and also impacts to build their brand. Then the phenomenon of viral marketing is become increasingly popular as part of today's marketing strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of viral marketing using social media platforms on brand awareness of cosmetic brand from South Korea, Laneige. Social media that represent each social media platform are Facebook, Youtube and Instagram. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaire that distributed to 100 respondents by using purposive sampling method, where the data is further processed by multiple linear regression method. From the analysis results show that viral marketing through these three social media simultaneously gives a significant influence in building brand awareness of 51.5%, but individually only Instagram shows a greater positive effect on brand awareness than the other two variables.

Megjegyzések:Entrepreneurship development in the last few years has indeed become an issue of economic institutions ranging from regional, national and even international. There are several motivations for people who would like to reach what they want to achieve. Some of the people say they want to become entrepreneurs because they can make money on their own and set their own rules. This study aims to test the influence of motivational factors as antecedent variables on student's entrepreneurial intention. Three motivational factors are obtained in this research which are Tolerance for Risk, Need for Achievement, and Self-efficacy. These factors were adapted to explore on student's perceptions toward entrepreneurial intention, the survey information collected from 100 students of Faculty of Economics and Business Sam Ratulangi University, and the sample used in this research is the students in 6th (student who have already studied entrepreneurship). The results indicate that students have high motivation for involving the tolerance for risk, need for achievement, and self-efficacy conversely influences directly positively and significantly to entrepreneurial intention. For University, should concern about this issues because it has the closest relationship with students life.

Megjegyzések:Mobile banking is the result of the banking industry revolution that brings convenience, credibility, ease of use, timeliness and banking experience at the fingertips of its users. The advantages of mobile banking services increase customer satisfaction while the access of mobile banking as a customer transaction service delivery channel creates value for the bank. This research aims to analyze the customer satisfaction in using mobile banking through factors such as perceived credibility, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness, which focuses on mobile banking service of PT. BANK SULUTGO. This study describes causal research using quantitative approach. Questionnaires were distributed to 105 respondents who met the purposive sampling criteria in this research. The data are processed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that there is significant positive effect of perceived credibility, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness toward customer satisfaction in using mobile banking. To compete digitally and survive, BSG needs to keep up with consumer expectations which will result to the customer satisfaction by providing guaranteed security and simplifying its digital platform by making it easier to use, so that its mobile banking will be evolving alongside consumer needs and user preferences.

Megjegyzések:The behavior of switching becoming a serious problem especially in services companies such as bank. The behavior of customers switch banks negatively affect profit and market share. This research was designed to identify the effect of price and bank reputation on customer switching behavior of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Manado simultaneously and partially. A quantitative method was applied to analyze data collected using convenience sampling. The result of this research showed that price and bank reputation have a significant effect on customer switching behavior of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Manado simultaneously and partially. Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Manado needs to continue the policies concerning price such as the bank charges, interest for credit and saving, and all of the various of transaction in bank, and always mantain the reputation of bank and financial stability to improve customer trust and loyalty to subscribe and reduce the customer behavior to switch to another bank. Further research is expected to cover larger areas or regions with different demographics, especially in larger cities, so as to be able to see the switching behavior more comprehensively, not just specifically in Manado city, so the results can be compared.

Megjegyzések:The banking sector plays an important role in supporting and increasing the economic rate in country. Bank with high level of soundness is a bank that can perform its functions well, therefore, optimal management of the banking sector can provide economic stability in a developed country and make developing countries ready to compete economically of both national and international level. This study is aimed to determine the influence of Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) Method on Profitability of Private-Owned banks in Indonesia. In this study, population refers to the banks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, using purposive sampling technique and sample size of 6 Private-Owned Banks that have total assets more than 100 trillion in rupiahs. By using multiple regression analysis method, the result and conclusion show that Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Earnings and Capital simultaneously and significantly influence Profitability of 6 Private-Owned Banks in Indonesia. Furthermore, Market Risk and Earnings have significant and positive influences on Profitability. Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk have significant and negative influences on Profitability. Nevertheless, Capital has no significantly influence on Profitability. The banks' management must consider the importance of the risk management because those factors above have effect banks profitability

Megjegyzések:Indonesian banking industry plays a critical role in the country economic condition. The country depends on banks as financial intermediation. Starting from 2010, commercial banks total asset and credit distribution grew significantly. The banks are expanding in order to reach more customer. The expansion makes commercial banks to operate with high cost to keep up with the development. Another problem arises as the economic contraction in 2012 affects credit growth and banks' non-performing loan began to rise in 2014. Commercial banks' profitability with ROA as the proxy, has been in positive trends since 2008 declined in 2013 and continues for the next years. This research aims to examine the profitability determinants of Indonesian commercial banks during the 2010-2015 period. Sample of 71 commercial banks and panel data regression with fixed effect is used in the analysis. This study finds commercial banks' profitability as seen by ROA has been declining for some years since 2013. The high operating cost due to the expansion state and the increase of nonperforming loan cause inefficiency and decline in ROA. Net interest margin affects ROA positively while capital to total asset ratio shows a negative relationship. Total asset and diversification income insignificantly affect profitability.
