Cím:Double and adiabatic BANGO for concatenating two NMR experiments relying on the same pool of magnetization / Tamás Milán Nagy, Katalin E. Kövér, Ole W. Sørensen
Dátum:2020
ISSN:1090-7807
Megjegyzések:It is shown how the same pool of magnetization can be tapped twice in two different concatenations of three experiments into a single pulse sequence with only one relaxation delay. This is accomplished by using the BANGO pulse sequence element twice for independent rotations of 1H magnetization attached or not attached to 13C and it includes a refinement of BANGO with an adiabatic 13C inversion pulse resulting in improved tolerance to a spread in 1JCH coupling constants that translates directly into improved sensitivity of the modular experiment relying on 1H magnetization attached to 13C. The two new pulse sequences are SEA XLOC?HMBC?H2OBC/2BOB and SEA XLOC(ZQ)?SEA XLOC(2Q)?H2OBC/2BOB which both represent a rapid route to complete heteronuclear one-bond and long-range JCH correlation maps for small molecules, as is demonstrated on ibuprofen and prednisolone.

Cím:Accurate determination of one-bond heteronuclear coupling constants with "pure shift" broadband proton-decoupled CLIP/CLAP-HSQC experiments / István Timári, Lukas Kaltschnee, Andreas Kolmer, Ralph W. Adams, Mathias Nilsson, Christina M. Thiele, Gareth A. Morris, Katalin E. Kövér
Dátum:2014
ISSN:1090-7807
Megjegyzések:We report broadband proton-decoupled CLIP/CLAP-HSQC experiments for the accurate determination of one-bond heteronuclear couplings and, by extension, for the reliable measurement of small residual dipolar coupling constants. The combination of an isotope-selective BIRD(d) filter module with a non-selective 1H inversion pulse is employed to refocus proton-proton coupling evolution prior to the acquisition of brief chunks of free induction decay that are subsequently assembled to reconstruct the fully-decoupled signal evolution. As a result, the cross-peaks obtained are split only by the heteronuclear one-bond coupling along the F2 dimension, allowing coupling constants to be extracted by measuring simple frequency differences between singlet maxima. The proton decoupling scheme presented has also been utilized in standard HSQC experiments, resulting in a fully decoupled pure shift correlation map with significantly improved resolution.
