Megjegyzések:The objective of this paper is to be able to detect the area of a car license in a photograph. Using computer vision and digital image processing techniques. The different processes to which a photograph of a car is subjected will be explained in order to detect its registration. It will be indicated under what conditions the presented algorithm is effective and correctly detects the registration and under what conditions it can produce false positives. Indicate that the algorithm will only detect the area where the license plate is located, adjusting as much as possible the size of this zone to the size of the license plate.

Megjegyzések:When solving the problems based on more than two variables most of the time relative changes on the variables need to be calculated. The degree of dependency among variables and number of variable quantities make solution finding more complex. It is very obvious to get the help of differential equations. When we deal with the functions frequently changing by nature, so it is highly likely to find local maxima, local minima, slope of tangent and value of the function at given point. Finding solution is not a single process but a set of processes where some binary operations, repetitions of the operations, checking the consistency of function within the interval etc take place. Here it becomes very important that the time taken to execute the problem of differential equation must be least. Thus the needs of pipelining, parallel processing, speculative computation etc become crucial factor. So requirement of solution of differential equations become very necessary. The degree of equation, complexity of equation, no of variables etc are the parameters those play very important roles during the solution process. When this task is assigned to serial processors the time taken to solve a problem is greater than the time taken by the parallel processors to do the same task. Here in this research we are calculating the time taken by serial processors and by parallel processors too. Although entry of vector processors and array processors improved the performance very much but since performance is the subject to frequently improvement. So putting that context in mind our study has tried to minimize the time taken for solving the differential equation by dividing a big problem in small ones in such a way so that dependency for data among processors i.e. communication will be very less. Means research has tried to improve the ratio of computation over communication ratio.

Megjegyzések:It is the age of science, when news updates are much needed to people of each profession. Sometimes we met with conditions when instantaneous news about any area or a region of glob has been highly demanded. The main objective of this research is to get the frequent news of any specific area or region. The rapid growth of technology enforces us to be innovative and make a system with instantaneous characteristics. Systems (applications, news channels, radio etc) those exist so far are delayed based service providers as well as time instant ability is concern. Here in this research we have designed a system which will give instant information to user about target region. Our research is an integration of Google maps and Google news. It is a tool which gives the news about a place being searched on map by using place markers. Although this job can be achieved by the users but by using two tabs on the browser, one window showing the Google map and the other window for news and that too have to be searched about the place. So, this application makes the work of the user simpler instead of going for two tabs, it can be achieved in a single page. The paper gives a path to researchers to enhance the live news feature and improve instinctive nature of news.

Megjegyzések:This is the age of science where we deal with a huge set of data daily. Every day user shares huge amount of personal data in social sites, messaging applications, commercial sites and in other service based platforms. To accomplish transactions we need to share our credit/debit card number with passwords too, which makes the transaction very much sensitive. Randomness in the data is called Entropy. The entropy of data is directly proportional to the security of corresponding data. Security is the most favorable and mandatory feature of data transfer and storage based services. Since the quantity of data travel through the networks growing rapidly with respect to time thus enhancement in security is highly needed. According to the described variation of genetic algorithm users will have to give message as well as key also the help of these data sets, algorithm will give ciphertext and hence encryption has been achieved. At receiver's end decryption of data takes place. The key by which encryption has been done in this algorithm is combination of two matrix of equal length. It will increase the security because of dependency on both the matrix.

BI allows firms to apply information forsupporting their processes and decisions by combining its capabilities in both of organizational andtechnical issues. Many of companies are being spent a significant portion of its IT budgets on businessintelligence and related technology. Evaluation of BI readiness is vital because it serves two importantgoals. First, it shows gaps areas where company is not ready to proceed with its BI efforts. By identifyingBI readiness gaps, we can avoid wasting time and resources. Second, the evaluation guides us what weneed to close the gaps and implement BI with a high probability of success. This paper proposes topresent an overview of BI and necessities for evaluation of readiness.

Megjegyzések:Cloud Computing is a new form of IT system and infrastructure outsourcing as an alternative to traditional IT Outsourcing (ITO). Hence, migration to cloud computing is rapidly growing among organizations. Adopting this technology brings numerous positive aspects, although imposing different risks and concerns to organization. An organization which officially deputes its cloud computing services to outside (offshore or inshore) providers and implies that it outsources its functions and process of its IT to external BPO services providers. Therefore, customers of cloud must evaluate and manage the IT infrastructure construction and the organization's IT control environment of BPO vendors [25]. Since cloud is an internet-based technology, cloud auditing would be very critical and challengeable in such an environment. This paper focuses on practices related to auditing processes, methods, techniques, standards and frameworks in cloud computing environments.

Megjegyzések:Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a demyelinating nerve disease which for an unknown reason assumes that the immune system of the body is affected, and the immune cells begin to destroy the myelin sheath of nerve cells. In Pathology, the areas of the distributed demyelination are called lesions that are pathologic characteristics of the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) disease. In this research, the segmentation of the lesions from one another is studied by using gray scale features and the dimensions of the lesions. The brain Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) images in three planes (T1, T2, PD)1,2,3 containing MS disease lesions have been used. Cellular Learning Automata (CLA) is applied on the MRI images with a novel trial and error approach to set penalty and reward frames for each pixel. The images were analyzed in MATLAB and the results show the MS disease lesions in white and the brain anatomy in red on a black background. The proposed approach can be considered as a supplementary or superior method for other methods such as Graph Cuts (GC), fuzzy c-means, mean-shift, k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Support Vector Machines (SVM).

Megjegyzések:This paper presents one of the features of DS (Differentiated Services) architecture, namely the queuing or congestion management. Packets can be placed into separate buffer queues, on the basis of the DS value. Several forwarding policies can be used to favor high priority packets in different ways. The major reason forqueuing is that the router must hold the packet in its memory while the outgoing interface is busy with sending another packet. The main goal is to compare the performance of the following queuing mechanisms using a laboratory environment: FIFO (First-In First-Out), CQ (CustomQueuing), PQ (Priority Queuing), WFQ (Weighted FairQueuing), CBWFQ (Class Based Weighted Fair Queuing) andLLQ (Low Latency Queuing). The research is empirical andqualitative, the results are useful both in infocommunication and in education.
