Megjegyzések:The developments in ICTs drive to initiat e- governments to comply with the citizens♭ new needs.? This paper aims to present the factors affecting e-government implementation, by reviewing a wide range of literature from various countries which has differences in terms of development, income and culture. The study has developed Five Categories Classification Model (FCC) which outfits the interested in e-government topic with a ready comprehensive tool of factors affecting e-government implementation classified in five scientific disciplines of research. Also, this paper aims to asse the opportunities for developing countries to implement e-government depending on comparing E-Government Development Index (EDGI) and (GNI) among selected countries, in this regards, the study finds that it is not necessary to be a developed country to be in the "high" EDGI level group.

Megjegyzések:The arable cultivation, sowing structure and income is simultaneous optimization of the linear programming should be used. This method can be used to determine an optimal sowing facility that meets the requirements for greening and maximizes the use of support options to provide the largest income for the farmer. My overall goal is to maximize the potential income besides the farm size. The first specific objective is to look at the competitiveness of green peas, with the support of the production of industrial vegetable crops linked to production, and its reduced scale.

Megjegyzések:During the management of sports undertakings, the conscious financing of organizations often fades into the background. At these organizations, those conditions should also be elaborated which allow for the managerial decision support and the development of controlling system. We should find those controlling methods and tools which can successfully be applied in the life of a sports organization as well, which ensure the synchronization and coordination of the different processes. By doing so, the controlling ensures a higher level transparency and information supply for the decision-makers. In our treatise, we present one of the most important tools of the strategic controlling, namely the Balanced Scorecard and its application opportunity at sports undertakings.

Megjegyzések:Companies face more and more challenges in employee issues, which have increased in number even more due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Finding and attracting talented employees remains a challenge, but the focus is on engaging the existing workforce. Employees demand individuality, feedback, opportunities, and a secure job. The role of performance appraisal interviews or review meetings has become more significant. The content, frequency, and atmosphere do much to unify organizational and individual goals, helping engagement. In the research, a questionnaire survey was conducted, aiming to examine the performance evaluation preferences of employees. The results confirm the importance and relevance of feedback and informal evaluation.

Megjegyzések:The corporate value creation and its measurement have been playing a central role in the corporate thinking since the 1990s. More and more people deal with the methodological questions of measuring the value creation. We elaborate a model by which the corporate value can be estimated well. We have combined the traditional financial analysis indicators, the discounted cash flow and free cash flow methods for structuring the model. We have also considered the appropriate management of risk important and, inter alia, output variables of the model have composed the input variables of the real option model connected with the two-dimensional Monte Carlo simulation. Using the two-dimensional Monte Carlo simulation raises a new approach to the management of risk. Developers of the model interpret the risk as a combination of variability and uncertainty therefore we have used it accordingly. Structuring the model, making the intermediate calculations and operating the model by means of the simulation process have been carried out in the Excel spreadsheet programme, connected with the R statistical system. The results have proved that the proper estimation of corporate values can be provided by means of the model and the methods applied.

Megjegyzések:Employability skills are developed during their studies and improved during the internships. Graduates should have them to secure their future career. The objectives of this research are to examine the main factors of employability skills in business management and to investigate the internship exposure associated with success initial career. The 47 samples consist of graduates in business management study program from 2017 until 2018 in Higher Education Institution. Exploratory Factor Analysis is applied to observe the permanent factors of employability skills. Furthermore, Chi-Square is implemented to examine the internship exposure associated with success initial career. The result argues that the employability skills constructed by core competency, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. The experiences in an internship may associate with the upcoming profession.
