Megjegyzések:The Judgement of Effectiveness of Training-Development Possibilities at Organizations Employing People with Changed Capability. In order to run an organization effectively and to meet challenges of its environment, it inevitably requires properly qualified and skilled labour regarding all professional fields. Owing to changing labour market and workplace requirements, workforce continuously needs to be developed. It is also valid for the handicapped and changed capacity employees, but training-development possibilities in many cases face difficulties. After raising the amount of rehabilitation contribution more and more organizations intended to employ changed capacity people, still due to educational expectation of open positions, employment proved to be difficult. This study introduces, beside qualification and training possibilities of handicapped and changed capacity persons, which development methods are the most successful in practice and also specialities experienced in the field of human resource development.

Megjegyzések:The Competitiveness of Judo in Hungary. The objectives of the Hungarian Judo Association are well defined, realistic, and can contribute to improv-ing the competitiveness of the sport. The judo is one of the few Olympic sports that do not have a separate sports hall, so the rents are a continuous problem to be solved. Regarding the success rate there is a steady progress; selected athletes in every age group win more and more medals and top prizes. Success, of course, helps developing the recruitment base of the sport. The present 191 sections of the Hungarian Judo As-sociation (HJA) do not cover all the 174 districts of Hungary outside Budapest. There is a strong intent to correct it in the coming years. HJA is also committed to promote the athletes' successful civilian life after their sports career. Another featured goal of the sport's national management team is to preserve the good professional relationships with the other Olympic sports branches as well as with those non-Olympic sports branches that also belong to the family of martial arts. A good proof of this is the fact that judo is used as an additional sport to many other branches of sport such as football and basketball in youth sports education, with present plans to extend it to several more branches as well. Megjegyzések:The Role of Civil Organizations in Employment and Training ? A Successful Case Study of a Cooperation in Debrecen. Civil organizations play an increasingly important role in the economy. In our study employment-related civil organizations are put in the focus. These are employers, and they are intermediaries in the labour market. These organizations performed some of the tasks which provide assistance. Their existence is of primary importance from the point of view of the disadvantaged groups in the labour market. Such tasks may include counselling, placement or training and education. In the study described in the case study method there is a successful example in Debrecen. A cooperation is established where two civil organizations and a nonprofit public benefit corporation work together. The participating organizations varied program has been developed. Classical employment projects, a Career Point office, career points, a call centre, a job hunting camp, advertisement, web design (ekarrier.hu) are included in the realized and achieved areas. Based on the case study and the interview results, the most important development is the labour market integration of education-counselling programs, which primarily want to help the labor market position of school leavers, while the employers' side is also kept in close contact. The program developed during the project is a kind of "good practice", a positive example for other civil organizations operating in other regions.
