Money as an essential condition for material well-being. Money is the driving force of mankind. Money ensnares, keeps in motion, operates our world. Wherever we look, whatever we want to do, directly or indirectly, we will come into contact with money. The development of money, the market and banks is a series of events taking place in parallel.

Megjegyzések:In recent decades, three major representatives of the global eyeglass lens industry have established subsidiaries in the same Hungarian settlement, Mátészalka, which has a significant past and experience in the sector. The plants of the German Zeiss, the Japanese Hoya and the British Specsavers rely on the manufacturing, processing, framing and distribution of eyeglass lenses. The companies are direct competitors of each other in terms of both sales and labour market. The following analysis presents these companies based onvarious indicators such as net sales revenue, after-tax profit, ROS and ROA indices, number of employees, average wage and productivity, consumer awareness and brand loyalty. It also reveals differences in size, performance, and profitability among the organizations. Hoya's plant stands out in various respects due to its prominent position and dynamic development within the company group. Zeiss seems to be coming to a halt, its performance has declined in comparison to Hoya in recent years, its position within the group is weaker than that of its competitor. Specsavers carries out activities of lower profitability in its local plant; therefore, it can be less profitable than its competitors.

Megjegyzések:Only enterprises with adequate information and ability to convert them into organiational knowledgeare able to comply with the challenges in our globalized and accelerated world. Account has paramount importance in economic linkts between enterprises. It is divided into 2 sections: balance sheet and profit and loss account. Access to information is possible if the notes to financial statement include information that contribute to the better interpretation of the other part of the accoint. Decision-making based on unadequate knowledge further increases the otherwise not low economic risks. In the research we look into whether the notes to financial statements conducated by the enterprises include information that facilitate the collection of neccesary financial knowldege for partner enterprises. Notes to financial statemenst of the enterproses with NACE Code 62- IT services as their principal activity were used in the analysis. The use of text mining helps us to reveal to what extent notes to financial statements comply with the Act on Accounting.

Megjegyzések:As Coronavirus COVID 19 became a global pandemic, and its repercussions have affected the global economy badly, teleworking was being forced as an alternative pioneer to be implemented in the public sector. This study will discuss adapting Telework as a solution in times of crisis in developing countries (Jordan). Systematic Literature Review was adopted to explore the challenges and best practices for adopting Telework in the Public Sector, especially during the crisis. Afterward, interviews were conducted with Experts, Professionals, and Academics from Jordan to discuss the best solutions for adapting Telework in the Jordanian Public Sector. This paper has found several challenges facing the adoption of Telework in the public sector, and they were mainly related to Security, Infrastructure, and Technological Illiteracy. Moreover, this paper has also suggested solutions through the interviews. The most prominent solutions focused on finding a legal framework for the Telework, providing appropriate infrastructure and equipment for the employees to work remotely, and offering frequent technical support for the teleworkers to ensure the Data's security and confidentiality. By reviewing the Literature, there was a lack of studies related to Telework in Public Sector specially in developing countries. This paper will be a reference for other researchers to explore the challenges and the solutions for other researchers.

Megjegyzések:The purpose of the article is to summarize the major aspects that characterize current labour market expectations and to compare them to the criteria that emerge as a condition of the "flow state". As a result of the above, conclusions are drawn and support the organizational justification of work experience management and provide an initial basis for practical application. It can be concluded that achievement of the flow experience might be a desirable situation on organizational level, because it might result in improved employee loyalty and a stronger relationship between the individual and the organisation, thus employee retention is promoted as well. However, reaching the flow experience has a number of requirements; it cannot be realised unless these conditions are met. Obviously, the realization of these factors can be supported by the organizational HR system through its diverse functions, out of which the following ones act as the closest links: job design, motivation, career planning, occupational safety, health preservation and performance appraisal.

Megjegyzések:Talent and career management has become a function of central significance not only in international but in Hungarian HR practice as well, since the employment and keeping of excellent colleagues might constitute a strategic competitive advantage for organizations. In order for an organization to be able to manage its workforce - not only to find talents but also to be able to keep, motivate and train them - deliberate identification and management are necessary. In terms of its objective, the talent management system is identical with career management; its primary focus is to improve organizational efficiency through the satisfaction of employee demands and to offer an attractive organizational life cycle to the program participants. Due to the above, application and interpretation of the two systems are often mixed on organizational level. In the scope of the study, organizational interpretation of talent is defined, differences/similarities between talent and career management systems are introduced and the possible operation within an integrated system is proposed.
