Megjegyzések:	The identification of the first (sentinel) lymph node to which lymph drifts from the tumor site is very important, since if metastases cannot be detected in it than probaby the other lymph nodes are also intact. Besides and preferably to blue dye, radio colloids can be used to localize the sentinel node intraoperatively, using special gamma probes. This paper compares the physical parameters: sensitivity and resolution of intraoperative gamma probes available in Hungary, based on standardized measurements. The results show that all devices balance between higher sensitivity and better resolution. The use of bigger scintillation crystal volume and removable side shielding gave the most favorable results.
