Megjegyzések:	Abstract Human values play an important role in career planning, future orientation at adolescents. The European Dimension in Education conception is based in certain value transmission, it also means to form out those abilities and skills, what will determine future success on labor market. European dimension is a relative new direction in education; it needs to melt in teachers, students abilities and skills (for ex. Life Long Learning), cultural heritage. Furthermore, European dimension is a complex phenomena, it includes democratic school and efficient education, emphasizes the breeding function of school, it highlights the new task of pedagogy, namely: autonomous, open, respectable persons should be 'produced' by European school system. Accordingly to future professional orientation, career preferences, choices are determined by values, it is very important for an adolescent to be surrounded by a value transmitter environment. Human value determines people behavior, because there is a strong correlation between one's values, motivation and aims. The aim of the present study is to give a theoretical reveal: the role of democratic school, European dimension in value transmission, and we also wanted to flash the education responsibility in the value forming process, career orientation and professional preferences.
