Megjegyzések:Objective: The application of gold nanoparticles in medicine is more intensive. The aim of our study was to investigate plasmon effect inphoto curable gold-resin based composites.Method: The gold-resin based composites are made by mixing of predispergated Au nanoparticles in toluene and photoinitiator containingmonomers mixture. The surfaces of applied gold nanopartices (AuNP; Nanoprobes) are covered by dodecanethiol. The size of Aunanopartice are about 3-5 nm. The resin matrices are prepared by the mixing of different acrylate monomers as 2-(Dimethylamino)ethylacrylate (Sigma-Aldrich, DMAEA), Urethane dimethacrylate (Sigma-Aldrich, UDMA), Bisphenol A glycerolate (Sigma-Aldrich, BisGMA), andTriethylene glycol dimethacrylate (Sigma-Aldrich, TEGDMA) in different weight ratio. The photo initiator is camphorquinone (Sigmaaldrich,C Q), the inorganic filler is silica nanoparticles (0,014 ?m, Sigma-Aldrich, SiO2 ). The Plasmon effect was investigated by opticalspectroscopy (Shimadzu 4016 UV/VIS) and the kinetic of photopolymerization was by Micro Raman spectroscopy.Result: The gold nanoparticles are dispersed in toluene. It was found that the concentration of AuNP in toluene influenced the presence ofplamon effect, indicating the aggregation of gold nanoparticles. The optical spectroscopy investigation showed that absorbance peaksappeared in gold-resin composite with silica and without silica too. This absorption justified the plasmon effect. At the photopolymerizationthere is a characteristic Raman peak of resin based composite is at 1641 cm-1. During the polymerization this peak was investigated bythe Raman spectroscopy. It is found that the rate of the polymerization decreased with increasing amount of Au nanoparticles in resinmixture. The gold nanoparticles functioned as extra absorption nodule points.C onclusion: The capped gold nanoparticles have a pasmonic effect in resin matrices. The gold nanoparticles have effect to the kinetic ofphotopolymerization process.
