Megjegyzések:Not long ago in Hungary red mud disaster destroyed a lot of houses. Some houses have beenrebuilt by donations. One of them was designed to be really environmentally friendly,insulated with natural straw bales. Is this construction energy efficient as well? At ourUniversity the Department of Ecology and Environmental Engineering have made acooperation to investigate the straw insulated structures if they work properly. The insulatingproperty, energy transfers and the durability of the structures are tested at the same time. Itwas designed to place seven high-precision sensors into each measuring points into thestructures. The high number of sensors are controlled by microcontrollers and the datatransfer is made online. The real-world measurements of environmentally friendlyconstructions can help the future be modernized and sustainable.
