Megjegyzések:	In this study we are focusing on the private entrepreneurial income tax the most often chosen taxation form by the private enterprises. We are analyzing by pieces the main regulations, trying to avoid entire enumerations, trying to create a systematic, coherent scheme. Without knowing the rules of taxation an enterprise can hardly decide if its activity is better to be done in the frame of a corporation or as an individual entrepreneur.

Megjegyzések:	The study aims to present the most important Hungarian rules for private enterprises, with particular emphasis on taxation, including income tax opportunities. The taxation procedure does not take part of the study subject. Besides the fact that a distinction should be made between corporate enterprises and private enterprises income tax alternatives, among the choices of the individual entrepreneur, significantly different methods of taxation benefits, drawbacks must be taken into consideration. The choice between the various tax options depends on several factors; it can be defined depending on a certain individual entrepreneur, which is the best opportunity for him.
