Megjegyzések:The purpose of the present paper is to examine the relationship between the ethical attitudes of university students and their Dark Triad personality traits. Research has suggested that the juvenile attitudes of people predict their later behaviour. Therefore, it is worth exploring this area for future aspects. Both topics are at the center of research, both individually and in terms of the correlations between them. In the present paper, we examined the relationship between ethical attitudes and the Dark Triad personality traits through questionnaires used in international research with background variables. We found that the most unethical behaviour is 'Divulging confidential information,' 'Passing blame for your errors to an innocent co-worker,' and 'Claiming credit for someone else's work.' The least unethical behaviour is 'Eating snacks while at your workstation'. Factor analysis and linear regression analysis were used. Despite our expectations, the revealed relationships between ethical attitudes and Dark Triad personality traits were not clearly positive. According to the regression model, the dark triad personality score is lower if the respondent is female, studies at the commerce-marketing major, and has higher values at the following factors: 'physiological unethicalness', 'overcharge', and 'other ethical attitudes' factors.

Megjegyzések:The possibility to find a job and other questions regarding to employment are important concerns even for prospective students at the time of their application to a higher education institution. Choosing a major, important selection criteria are the expectations on finding a job soon after graduation with a high wage offer and within their profession. Or main research question is how 'realistic' the examined bachelor students see their future on the job market: in what time they think they will find a job, and what wage they think they will earn? We compare two datasets to find the answer. The first data set is from a survey among bachelor level business students of the University of Debrecen, conducted in Fall 2015. The second dataset is made of the databases of the Hungarian Carrier Tracking Survey from 2013. As a result, we have found that - compared to the carrier tracking responses - the students overestimate both their starting net earnings and their chance to find a job related to their profession.

Megjegyzések:In the 21st century all organizations have to cope with challenges caused by trigger events in the environment. The key to organizational success is how fast and efficiently they are able to react. In 2014 we conducted a research survey on this topic with the contribution of Hungarian students on Bachelor courses in Business Administration and Management. They visited organizations which had gone through a significant programme of change within the last 5 years. The owners, managers or HR managers responsible for changes were asked to fill in the questionnaires about the features of these organisational changes. Several issues regarding change management were covered, besides general information about the companies. Respondents were asked about the trigger events and the nature of changes, and about the process of change and participation in it. One group of questions asked leaders about employees' attitude to change, another section sought information about the methods used in the process. In this paper, after a short literature review, we will analyse the adaptation methods used by organizations and the connection between the scope of change and employees' attitude toward change.
