Megjegyzések:We present in this paper the relation between contextual hypergraph grammars (which generalize the total contextual string grammars) and tree adjoining grammars that are well known for providing a theoretical framework for linguistic description and natural language processing. Contextual hypergraph grammars are able to make more comprehensible basic steps of other computational formalisms. We exemplify these capabilities by showing how to simulate in a natural manner tree adjoining grammars.
