Megjegyzések:	Sedentary lifestyle is a very big problem in our days, as it occurs as a result of the unfavorable state of health of the Hungarian population. The physical activity is a gradually declining trend among young people which is associated with deterioration of health. The family as a primary socializing scene can do a lot of movement in the rich lifestyle of shaping. Our research focus is on the relationship between grandparents and grandchildren issues, in particular the areas related to physical activity. We chose this area, because it affects less researched topic and present changes in the modern age, as a result of the high specificity of parental roles have changed. Our research could prove an effective system that in the current Hungarian family structure, grandparents have an extremely important role in a complicated and difficult employment system of parents. Our study clearly demonstrates that the respondents think that the focus in the grandparent-grandchild relationship is the quality of time spent together (that is, the content and emotional values). A good example is important in all aspects of life, so naturally healthy lifestyle habits, workout in attitude on the issue as well.
