Megjegyzések:The Agile approach proved to be effective in building self-managed software development teams that can quickly respond to rapid changes and adapt to ambiguous and complex business environments with fast-changing requirements. After the pandemic, and as a cause of worldwide lockdown, companies struggled to survive. Most companies started shifting their work processes and environment to handle ambiguity using Agile methods and tools. The company's transition to Agile is usually led by HR, which played an essential role in this change, managing the talent and choosing the best processes to benefit the organization and avoiding other rigid processes and consider them wastes. Some Agile methodologies can add tremendous value to the organizations, while applying other methods can be harmful. Today, companies seek to reinvent their working practices by incorporating the Agile approach to improve flexibility and meet increasingly competitive market demands. This study examines the Agile management role in the HRM environment transformation and its effect on the new reality of adopting technologies in all HRM.

Megjegyzések:The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding, conceptualization, and measurement about the usage of ICT among SMEs that could enhance and transform their business to be more efficient and resilient. A more specific aim is to explore the state of ICT adoption as well as to examine the drivers and barriers of digital transformation through the lens of SMEs. In the primary (quantitative) phase of our research, we conducted a questionnaire survey among micro-enterprises and primary producers on the use of ICT in Hajdú-Bihar County, where 237 people answered the questionnaire. In all cases, the respondent was listed as a primary producer or in a joint primary producer certificate. We were investigated which tools are using in communication with suppliers, customers and government organisations, which type of cloud services are used and the safe storage by Internet Service Providers. We get about the same results in the case of the suppliers, customers. In the case of the governmental institutions, Internet usage was bigger, because of a significant number of them require national or EU grants, which can be submitted electronically. The secure data storage is the safest possible for the farmers.

Megjegyzések:The agricultural system experienced a strong abandonment of agroforestry in the 20th century, with agroforestry today taking place only on a few million ha in Europe. One of the aims of the AgroFE (Agroforestry Training in Europe) and the Agrof-MM (Agroforestry - Training - Mediterranean and Mountain Erasmus+) European projects is to build a knowledge databank to assist educational development and to provide experts and farmers with agroforestry knowledge. The KDB (Knowledge DataBank) is based on different professional vocabulary, metadata and thesaurus systems to build the content structure and help the users in their searches. A new tool will improve the knowledge management of agroforestry. The Agrof-MM project is creating an agroforestry thesaurus. The paper describes the knowledge databank system prototype for Agroforestry training and education. The knowledge databank is a component of the project training system. It aims to gather and share a set of documents and resources that partners, learners and public users can access in different forms: mono document objects and composite materials.

Megjegyzések:Organizations often aim to conveniently and rapidly provide their clients with a competitive value, so many organizations have taken advantage of the enormous technology and communications growth and introduced their services electronically and switched from 'traditional management' to 'electronic management.' In this context, HRM was designed to be EHRM, and the implementation of AI in the HRM is being presented at the time of the digital world. However, many organizations still have difficulties, particularly in developed countries, regarding the level of consumer acceptance of these services. There is still little awareness of user recognition of the use of AI in HRM services. In addition to this, previous literature research on the adoption of AI in HRM was mainly performed in developing countries. This study's primary objective was to provide a theoretical discussion and propose a theoretical framework for adapting HRM AI in the telecom sector in a developing country such as Jordan. Also, it addresses the variables that may influence the level of acceptance of the extended UTAUT2 model and describes the variables that affect the level of acceptance.

Megjegyzések:The aim of the AgroFE project (www.agrofe.eu) is to develop vocational training in the field of agroforestry in 6 countries: United Kingdom, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and France. Several levels of training are targeted by the project, levels N3-N4 relate to farmers and future farmers, levels N5 + / N6 affect (future) advisors, trainers, teachers, technicians who are working in the domain. In the context of ICT related to the AgroFE project there are four components, the collaborative tools (OTC-CWS), the Knowledge Data Bank (KDB-BDC), the tools for training and a portal that integrates the tools. The knowledge data bank is a component of the project training system. It aims to gather and share a set of documents, resources that partners can use and which will have been accessed by learners and the public users. The project focuses to the newest innovative ICT solutions and trends. The knowledge data bank is to enable the sharing, access and consultation in the use of certain resources for training. These resources are under different forms: Mono document object (like a photo, a text, a diagram) and Composite materials (for example a html web page with images, a pdf file with pictures and diagrams, a video clip with images and sounds ...). The prototype of the AgroFE project is based on a software, RUBEDO, developed in PHP and RUBEDO is built on different components: a data base management software (DBMS-SGBD), type 'NoSQL', MongoDB, and the user interface uses the ElasticSearch search engine. The paper describes the prototype system and the used ICT tools in the project, such as LMS and the collaborative working environment.

The primary purpose of this research is to examine the driving forces behind product innovations in the information and communication technology (ICT) industry. The objective of this research project is to carefully dissect the complexities and multiplicity dimensions of the actors involved in the innovation procedure in the ICT firms located in these countries based on a highly organised mixed-method approach. Outcome expectations are expected to yield results beyond contributing positively to the pool of academic knowledge and practical gains that could be put into use at once within the sphere. We try to give a wide literature about this topic.

Megjegyzések:In this study, the nature and components of Industry 4.0, as well as its historical transformation into Industry 5.0, are analysed chronologically. The impacts that may have on our lives in the future are examined. Most importantly, the advantages and disadvantages of digital transformation have been highlighted throughout the chapters. The overall perspective of this transformation and its impact on private and public sectors are presented. The increasing trend of Society 5.0 is explained by considering the technology-centred economic system. Since the concept of Industry 4.0 has joined the literature, the importance of government regulations has been a well-discussed topic in social and economic studies. The actions of the European Commission towards the European Digital Single Market are outlined in this study since they are crucial practices of the expected digital transformation. As a result of this systematic literature review, the impacts will become more apparent after the structural digital transformation is achieved on a global scale.

Megjegyzések:Online applications and games are related to continuous innovation, technical and technological advances in last decades. Our digital society based on technological advancements, because changing consumer requirements need quick and new solutions in the field of technology. We created an online farm simulation application which is called Crownking. The program is based on PHP language and has a MySQL database. The game has great similarity to real life because it has factors which can directly affect the growth of the crops, such as weather, soil quality, soil maintain and the player's profession. Our main goal is help students in learning with the help of gamification, and, moreover to introduce the agriculture to the young generation, and give some spirit about farmer's life.
