Megjegyzések:University of Debrecen is the oldest higher educational institution in continuous operation in Hungary based in thesame city. MBA training at Debrecen Agricultural University was initiated by 0257-91/1 Tempus Joint European Project Grant.The project was coordinated by the Netherlands Institute for Management (RVB) Maastricht. Participating institutions includeUniversity College in Dublin, Agricultural University in Wageningen and Debrecen Agricultural University. Minimum requirementsestablished were a BSc (or equivalent) degree, an English certificate of language proficiency and one letter of referencefrom work supervisors or former teachers. Application requirements included a completed application form, Curriculum vitae,a certified copy of degree(s), an official copy of language knowledge certificate, a letter of recommendation and the receipt ofregistration fee payment. The academic year began on 1 September 1991, and project studies were carried out in small groups.Practical experience that had been gained before enrolment was taken into account and after the successful completion of therequirements students were granted MBA degrees

Megjegyzések:The explosion of platform based collaborative economy (CE) into the tertiary sector has changed the balance of power of market. The purpose of the study aims at introducing the CE, with special regard to its varieties and definitions and its awareness in Visegrad Group (V4) countries and in EU. Article includes both primary and secondary research. The international literature review was carried among definitions of CE from the last 10 years' articles. It was found that there is no uniform definition of CE, and it also turned out that the scope ofactivities related to the concept is not uniformly organized. This article is also focuses on the economic markets of the (V4) countries CE from supply and demand-side aspects by analysing EU database with SPSS software.The estimation of CE services reveals a more positive picture among Polish and Czech residents, whereas Slovak respondents are an average of EU-28. Despite the fact that Hungarian respondents are most familiar with the CE, they are the most conservative in with consideration. The most popular CE platforms are accommodation and transport services in V4 countries. To the best of our knowledge, the analysis of this topic has not been carried out.

Megjegyzések:Many and often emphasize the importance of quality production and the improvement o f quality, but few say about what is worthimproving and what quality is justified to produce. Fewer because there are different quality categories in the course o f value chain.Judgement can be different in case of producers, processers and distributors. After all, the fin a l ?quality controller" is the consumer.The question is how the consumers' judgement appears in the earlier stages o f value chain, who can do and what can be done in orderto improve quality. Besides this the question o f the costs o f quality is unrevealed as well, what is the economically optimum quality?The study raises problems in the milkverticum, but similar and more detailed examinations are necessary in the other branchesas well. It is justified to deal with the quality categories o f animal products as a whole because this is the only way to meet theconsumers' expectations in some elements o f the value chain process, and together with this to meet the solvent demand better.

Megjegyzések:There are several variations of efficiency definitions and of course ratios concerned with efficiency. A better understanding of the notion of efficiency is critical to dissolve ambiguity about it. Many confuse efficiency with other supposedly synonymous notions such as profitability, successfulness, competitiveness, liquidity or productivity. This ambiguity originates not only in subjective reasons, but the lack of hierarchical order among certain ideas. The primary driver in our research is, to systematize efficiency in general, and formulate a new categorical approach of the efficiency in corporate level.
