Normal forms play a significant role in theory of formal languages. There are some well-known normal forms for context sensitive languages like Kuroda or Penttonen normal form, etc. In the case of context free languages the chain rules can cause infinite (i.e. unbounded) derivations for finite words. The Chomsky normal form solves the problem created by this recursion. In context-sensitive case a new type of recursion appears by rules having length two at both sides. Therefore a derivation of a finite word can be arbitrarily long. In this paper starting from Penttonen one-sided normal form a new normal form is created for context-sensitive grammars, in which all context-sensitive recursions are removed.
