Dátum:2005
Megjegyzések:It is a continouos challange to minimize the use of chemicals in agriculture. Althought such minimization may cause significant decrease in the crop production, an advantage is seen in a less polluted environment. More attention shoud be paid to how we may substitute the chemicals effectively. One possible way lies in the intensification of soil life. The effects of non-pathogen, soil borne bacteria are: the increasing mobility and solubility of mineral nutrients, increased level of CO2 resulting in more intensive photosynthesis, and, due to the accelerated mineralization, the amounts of available nutrients increase. The feasibility and effects of applying bacteria containing the organic fertilizer PHYLAZONIT MC in the laboratory and in the field and its effect on Al-tolerance was examined.

Megjegyzések:The pollution of agricultural fields is a limiting factor affecting the quality of the final product in plant production. This research work was proved that the destruction of the West European forests is caused by plant production. The effects of bacteria containing bio-fertilizes, Phylazonit MC, were examined in connection with aluminium tolerance of plants. Different aluminium forms were added to the nutrient solution in two different concentrations. The growth of the shoots and roots, the ralative chrolophyll contents, the amounts of some elements were measured in the control as well in the aluminium and Phylazonit treated plants.

Cím:Effects of different fertilizers on Lolium perenne L. grown under different environmental circumstances / Szabó B., Marozsán M., Veres Sz., Makleit P., Lévai L.
Dátum:2006
Megjegyzések:The Marathon Spot Spring fertilizer is an organic fertilizer, containing thermally traeted poultry manure together with ammoniun sulphate. It is supposed that an organic buffer complex is produced during the heat treatment from which ammonium is available for the plant immediately and also slowly, in accordance with the nitrogen demand of the plant, avoiding fast nitrification and leaching of nitrate. The higher percentage of nitrogen uptake as ammonium shoud lead to rhizosphere acidification, thereby improving availibility of phosphate and micro-nutrients. Fertilizer input is reduced due to the slow release characteristics. The appearance of a short field lawn with a stronger and denser sod, and a better and deeper root development is supposed to be supported. However, the postulated modes of action have not been characterized in detail.

Cím:Effects of bio-fertilizers on changing of some photosynthetic parameters. / Veres Sz., Marozsán M., Szabó B., Makleit P., Lévai L.
Dátum:2006
Megjegyzések:As concerning dry matter production, a very important factor in agronomy, and the amount of photosynthetic pigment pool has an unquestionable role in it. The effects of three bio-fertlilizers and different reduced nitrogen concentration were examined on photosynthetic pigment concentration of corn seedlings' leaves under controlled conditions. The amounts of the main photosynthetic pigment group, i. e. total chlorophylls increased due to bio-fertilizers. The level of such increases depended on the starting time of treatments, it was more effective if the bio-fertilizers were used from the first day of experiments. Chrorophyll-a/chlorophyll-b ratios decreased under the effect of bio-fertilizers, primariliy, when they were applied form the first day of experiments also. The amount of another pigment group, protective carotenoids did not change significantly under the effects of bio-fertilizers. When bio-fertilizers were applied under limiting nitrogen concentration, our results showed, that that these bio-fertilizer compensate for nitrogen deficiency in both nitrogen concentrations used. According to the above, these bio-fertilizers can enhance the production by increasing the photosynthetic pigment concentration, and the efficiency of photosynthesis.
