Megjegyzések:	The essay was inspired by a case study which was made in a health care about the introduction of a web-based information system.The empirical research was made based on eight structured interviews.We present the story based on the discussions, and look for an answer for it, that the technologicalinnovation entailed an organizational innovation together. The case study describes the installation process, the care and bottlenecks, the detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, the technological, as well as cooperation, communication, project management and training difficulties.Novelty of the study lies in the fact that, in this very sensitive to technological innovations and receiving milieu presents a specific case relating to the system, as well as adventages or disadventages experienced during use. Response to the question what reasons leaded to the failure concerned in case, or under what conditions the introduction could have been successful.
