Megjegyzések:In our current modern world, it can be said that it is very difficult to live a balanced and healthy life, and to always perform well in the world of work, so it is very important to pay attention to our leisure time and our primary prevention activities, which can help preserve our health and improve our fitness. The purpose of the research is to examine the appearance of leisure tourist trips among employees, and how tourist trips appear among the primary prevention tools. Our research found answers to the main questions of what activities employees try to regain their ability to work, and whether trips are popular as primary prevention activities. The recreational activities of the employees are primarily filled by various obligations, but at the same time, the use of primary prevention activities is pushed into the background during everyday life. During the research, we established that medical and wellness holidays are very popular among the respondents, as 22.5% of the sample (133 people) take part in medical tourism holidays and 50.3% of the respondents (297 people) take part in health care on a focused wellness holiday. The quiet, calm environment and the closeness to nature, which helps the employees to regenerate, appeared prominently in the motivation for the choice of destination. Among primary prevention tools, leisure activities spent with family, relationships, and friends, healthy eating, and walking and nature walks are the ones that appear dominantly in the everyday life of employees. In order to reduce the problem of burnout, pressure to perform, and stress among employees and to enable them to perform well in their tasks, it is very important to assess their needs and provide them with programs that contribute to improving their health and regaining their ability to work, such as appropriate recreation programs and various trips.

Megjegyzések:Jelenlegi életünkben a mozgásszegény, ülő életmód egyre inkább előtérbe kerül. Szabadidőnkben egyaránt megjelennek a passzív és aktív rekreációs trendek és tevékenységek. Az aktív mozgás és a prevenció szem-pontjából a szabadidős sportnak a szerepe egyre inkább felértékelődik az egészségtudatos fogyasztók körében. Több kutatás is bizonyította, hogy a rendszeres szabadidős sport projektív tényezőt képez számos életmódfüggő betegséggel szemben, így a prevenció egyik kiváló eszköze. Módszer: Vizsgálatunk kérdőívvel vizsgálta a romániai és magyarországi lakosok szabadidős szokásait, a sportban való aktivitásukat, az aktív rekreációs tevéken-ységekhez való hozzáállásukat, az új módszerekhez való nyitottságukat. A kapott eredményeket SPSS szoftver segítségével elemeztük. Eredmények: Az eredmények azt támasztják alá, hogy a passzív szabadidős tevékenységek (Tv nézés, zenehallgatás, olvasás, internetezés) népszerűek az emberek életében, és a legtöbben ülő életmódot élnek. Azok az emberek, akik szabadidejükben sportolnak több pozitív hatást is észrevettek már magukon. A válaszadók 80-90%-a nyitott lenne az új módszerekre, szívesen venne részt a munkahelyen/iskolában/egyetemen sportos rendezvényeken.

Megjegyzések:Nowadays, in leisure sports, new types of training methods and tools are appearing for the preservation of health and the development of abilities, which are adapted to the habits and expectations of consumers. Leisure sports consumers use the street workout sport to shape their body and shape, develop their strength and endurance, thus supporting their health by doing their own body weight training. In the spring of 2022, in our online questionnaire research (N=136), we searched for the answer to how popular the services of street workouts and fitness centers are among those who practice leisure sports. The research aims to examine trends in leisure. Our results proved that these new types of training methods are popular, which are mainly performed with the motivation of improving their fitness and maintaining health.

Megjegyzések:In 1990, the countries of the V4 were the dominant sending countries to Bulgaria, which is why Bulgarians thought of targeting the sending market from these countries, not only with the product of mass tourism, but with a unique, four-season offer. In 1990, Hungary was Bulgaria`s third largest sending market; therefore, leisure trend studies are important as they can help to satisfy the needs of Hungarian tourists and attract them to the destination and increase their visitor satisfaction. The aim of our study is to examine the leisure time patterns and leisure preference system of Hungarian tourists, which is evident during their travels. This study examines the willingness of Hungarian tourists to travel to Bulgaria. According to the results of the secondary and primary research, the vast majority of Hungarian tourists travel to Bulgaria mainly for beach holidays, but, in addition to mass tourism, the country`s culture, history, ecotourism, health tourism, wine and gastronomy may represent further travel potential for Hungarian tourists. Having examined the attitudes of Hungarian tourists (n = 952), the study offers useful recommendations for Bulgarian tourism organizations and Bulgarian and Hungarian tour operators, as factor analysis is used to create groups belonging to factors that can be included as key target groups in publications promoting Bulgaria. Another aim of our study is to add new content to the traditional Bulgarian-Hungarian tourism relations.
