Due to their infrastructural and area requirements, bath facilities significantly influence the structure and morphology of a settlement, but also its appearance on the market. The main aim of our study was to present the effects of tourism on the settlement, including its structure, through examples. To achieve all this, we based our study primarily on secondary research. In addition to the available official statistics, we processed the websites of the settlements and performed document analysis. In our study, we cover the landscape, settlement and building transformation and shaping possibilities of the facilities, presented through Hungarian examples.
