Megjegyzések:	The authors have studied the value of alfa-glucosidase evaluation of the semen for differential diagnosis of obstructive and secretoric azoospermia. They have measured the AG levels in 369 patients and found low levels of AG in 71 (19.2 per cent) of patients (11-20 mU/ml), normal levels (20-105 mU/ml) in all of the rest. AG levels were measured in five vasectomised patients with the level of 11-12 mU/ml of AG, which is considered as a sign of bilateral occlusion of the seminal ducts. The authors describe three main application of the AG determination in the clinical practice: evaluation of the accurate status of the epididymis, differential diagnosis in obstructive and secretory type of azoospermia, and the role of AG test in TESE-ICSI procedure. The authors suggest the routine use of the AG measurement in the andrological clinical practice.
