Megjegyzések:	At this present economical situation micro and small businesses have no resources, energyand also no time for building up and sustaining expensive process-optimalising andimproving systems. Rationalisation of business procedures is simple, and can be achievedby using cheap instruments. Involving an outside advisor is not needed, and also not necessaryto invest in expensive softwares. Setting up a team which takes part in the processis sufficient. We are modeling this present process and revealing the failures by usingFMEA failure mode and effect analising method on the process. After that we make stepsto resolve failures. Then we are modeling this new, revised process, making analisys withstochastic methods on its elements, the results of which can be compared with the upshotsof the basic process. With the help of this, it clearly seems what the effects are on the processrecommended by the FMEA. With this universal method system any process, notonly logistical and manufacturing, but also administrative procedures can be rationalised.In this article I am introducing the use of this method through the shakeout of the supply procedure of Partner-Point Commercial and Service Ltd.

Megjegyzések:	Background: Based on the concept of Industry 4.0, or the fourth industrial revolution, productionprocesses are optimised by machines connected to each other via intelligent communication systems (machines keeptrack of the process and adjust their own settings accordingly). Our objective was to achieve more reliable processes withshorter production times and, consequently, lower production costs.Methods: We examined the possibility of incorporating a robot into the panel cutting subprocess of the unique furnituremanufacturing process of a timber company.Results: Currently, using robots in industrial practice is economical only in the case of mass production. Using robots inunique manufacturing calls for higher resource need. In order to examine which part of the furniture manufacturingprocess a robot can be incorporated into and what problems can be solved with the robotic arm, the first step is to look forany potential failures in the process, as well as causes of failure, by performing a process model-based Failure Mode andEffects Analysis. Following the exploration of potential causes of failure, we examined the possibility of involvinga robotic arm as a measure of improvement. Accordingly, the robotic arm was programmed in a computerisedenvironment. The parameters of the robotic arm were set using the software Mitsubishi RV-2AJ Cosimir Educational. Asa next step, process simulation was used to examine the total production time and cost of the process with using therobotic arm.Conclusions: The implementation of robots is a relevant option in unique production systems, as an intelligent system iscapable of identifying problems even at the origin of failures and therefore it allows to avoid delay and increase theprecision of operation.

Megjegyzések:	A globalizáció hatására nemzetköziesedés ment végbe a vállalatok működésében, átlépték a szűk vállalati határokat. Nemzetközi, globális hálózatok jöttek létre, amelyek szoros együttműködésben felelnek meg a fogyasztók igényeinek. Ahhoz, hogy a vállalatok ne maradjanak le a versenyben, követniük kell a "trendet", vagyis olyan eszközöket kell alkalmazniuk, amelyek bevezetése és működtetése rendkívül tudás- és tőkeigényes. A Partner Pont Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltatói Kft. épületasztalos-ipari vállalat, a bútorgyártás folyamatának egy részét kiszervezte minőségjavítás céljából. A kiszervezés a minőségcéloknak megfelel, de az idő és költség adatokban nem mutat megfelelő eredményt. Feladatunk a bútorgyártási folyamat racionalizálása a fő- és mellékfolyamatok modellezésével valamint a kritikus hibák feltárásával és azok kijavításával az optimális folyamatlefutás érdekében. A cikkben bemutatjuk azt a módszersorozatot, amivel az elméleti racionalizálást elvégeztük, valamint a gyakorlati megvalósítást és az eredményeket.

Megjegyzések:	To react on environmental changes and keep step with the competitors, optimizations are needed. IT support is crucial to this, because we have to measure much factors, store them, and also have stimulations done on them. Suitable softwares which are able to run the task can cost more than a million forints, moreover learning the skills of using them is money and time consuming. Partner-Pont Ltd made baby-steps to achieve managing its processes emerging its level of effectiveness of the corporate's operation. Applied softwares are cheap, common in households and their methods can be acquired easily.By applying process modeling, process stimulation, and failure mode and effect analysis we can get a picture about the current process, detect it and recommend mending provisions to solve critical problems. Calculating the returns of the investment used on corrections, we can get a total view that can help the management making decisions. In this article we are representing the optimizing methods and results applied by the company. As a result, we have enriched a 10 percent improvement in the lead-time by one of the product's manufactoring process.
