Megjegyzések:Every company established aiming to make a profit and maximize the shareholders. One alternative that the company can do to achieve that goal is to measure the financial performance. Financial performance measurement can be done by the method of Economic Value Added (EVA). The purpose of this study is to measure the financial performance by using EVA. Sample is plastic and packaging of 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed five companies have a negative EVA, one company is positive and four other companies is positive and negative a certain year.

Megjegyzések:Internal Corporate Social Responsibility telah di diskusikan dalam riset akademis secara intensif sejak decade yang lalu. Terlepas dari perkembangan CSR internal, focus dari aktifitas internal CSR terhadap karyawan terlihat dikesampingkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai dan mengukur internal CSR, seperti Kesehatan dan Keamanan, Hak Asasi Manusia, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Keseimbangan Pekerjaan dan Hidup, dan Keberagaman Tempat Kerja di mana digunakan analisa kierja dan kepentingan. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 70 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Terminal Petikemas Bitung. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kesehatan dan Keamanan, Hak Asasi Manusia, dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Pekerjaan berada pada Kuadran II (pertahankan hasil yang baik ini). Sementara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan serta Keberagaman Tempat Kerja berada pada Kuadrant III (kinerja dan kepentingan kurang). Jadi berhubung, dengan temuan yang ditemui, terdapat beberapa saran terhadap manajemen PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (PERSERO) Terminal Petikemas Bitung.

Megjegyzések:One of the innovation from bank industry is Automated Teller Machine (ATM). With the increasing number of customer using the facilities of ATM, the service quality of ATM should be improve. This research is conducted in order to analyze the importance of service quality and how is the performance of the service quality of BNI Manado ATM using Importance and Performance Analysis. There are 50 users of BNI ATM Manado taken as the sample of this research by using purposive sampling./Result of this research reveals that the behavior of the ATM staffs is the only attributes that is very important and the performance level is also high while others attributes have high importance but low performance, low importance but high performance and low importance along with low performance. From that result, the researcher suggests that the management of BNI Manado should allocating and focusing the resources of unimportant attributes to the more important attributes.

Megjegyzések:As the development of technology in this modern era, social media is used by companies as a medium to promote and introduce their products and services to consumers, and also impacts to build their brand. Then the phenomenon of viral marketing is become increasingly popular as part of today's marketing strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of viral marketing using social media platforms on brand awareness of cosmetic brand from South Korea, Laneige. Social media that represent each social media platform are Facebook, Youtube and Instagram. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaire that distributed to 100 respondents by using purposive sampling method, where the data is further processed by multiple linear regression method. From the analysis results show that viral marketing through these three social media simultaneously gives a significant influence in building brand awareness of 51.5%, but individually only Instagram shows a greater positive effect on brand awareness than the other two variables.

Megjegyzések:Human need to consume food to get energy in their daily activities. The development of franchise fast food restaurant is now growing rapidly and become very interesting phenomena in the Manado market. One of the fast-food restaurants are growing in Manado is Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). The purpose of this research is to analyze the differences between male and female customers of KFC in Manado determined from factors such as Perceived Price, Perceived Quality and Perceived Value. This research conducted by a quantitative method and the sample of this research is 100 respondents of KFC in Manado divided by 50 males and 50 females. By using an Independent Sample t-test, the result shows that there is significant difference between male and female customers in Perceived Price meanwhile there is no significant difference between male and female customers in Perceived Quality and Perceived Value. Based on the results, The Company should be more critical and more pay attention in order to re-structure their pricing strategy to compete with other fast food restaurants and just has to keep maintaining and improving the quality and value of the product/service to attract more new customers and to keep the loyal customers

Megjegyzések:Beauty has been one of the important things for women. Nowadays, the use of skin care such as mouisturizer have become their daily routines, some of them are use skin care products from beauty clinics also use products that sale in the supermarket. The aims of this study are to analyze the effect of brand image, perceived price, and perceived quality on consumers' purchase decision of Pond's skin care product. This reserach is causal type of research which uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and uses Ordinal Regression Analysis. The population observed is people in Manado who have used Pond's skin care product with 100 respondents as the sample size. The result of this study shows that brand image, perceived price, and perceived quality have significant effects on consumers' purchase decision. For recommendations, the company must keep maintaining and improve their brand image, price, and the quality of produc Pond's.

Megjegyzések:Entrepreneurship development in the last few years has indeed become an issue of economic institutions ranging from regional, national and even international. There are several motivations for people who would like to reach what they want to achieve. Some of the people say they want to become entrepreneurs because they can make money on their own and set their own rules. This study aims to test the influence of motivational factors as antecedent variables on student's entrepreneurial intention. Three motivational factors are obtained in this research which are Tolerance for Risk, Need for Achievement, and Self-efficacy. These factors were adapted to explore on student's perceptions toward entrepreneurial intention, the survey information collected from 100 students of Faculty of Economics and Business Sam Ratulangi University, and the sample used in this research is the students in 6th (student who have already studied entrepreneurship). The results indicate that students have high motivation for involving the tolerance for risk, need for achievement, and self-efficacy conversely influences directly positively and significantly to entrepreneurial intention. For University, should concern about this issues because it has the closest relationship with students life.

Megjegyzések:Consumers have become a demanding target and an important factor to running fashion business. Fashion is accepted by the consumers and influences their behavior in many ways to buy a new product. Shopping is an activity that certainly done because of need or simply to fulfill a desire. The aim of this research is to analyze consumer preferences between online and offline store in Manado based on price, availability of brand and product, promotional schemes, standardization of product and family or social experience. This research is quantitative type of research, which uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and uses independent sample t-test as the analytical tool. The population of this research is peoples in Manado who has experience shopping in Online and Offline Store, where the sample size is taken from 100 respondents who also has experience with Online and Offline Store. The analysis and discussion from this research found that there is significant difference between online and offline store measured by price and promotional schemes. And there is no significant difference between online and offline store measured by availability of brand and product, standardization of product and family or social experience. Besides all these, there are some recommendations for online and offline store in fashion product that can be used as a reference for the development and deepening of knowledge management marketing, especially consumer preferences.

Megjegyzések:Purpose of this study are to determine the influence of corporate image, and perceived value to customer satisfaction for the Wedding Organizers in Manado. This research type is a causal type of research. It also called as explanatory research. This study held in the people of Manado, on August-September 2016. The sample in this research are customer in Wedding Organizer in Manado especially in students at FEB UNSRAT Manado. Samples of this research are 45 respondents. Data analysis method used validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis model with hypotesis testing using t test and F test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in particular the model of the research found that the research model consisting of: corporate image, and perceived value has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction simultaniouslly. Corporate image has significant and positive impact on customer satisfaction on wedding organizer customers in Manado partialy. Perceived value also has significant and positive impact on customer satisfaction on wedding organizer customers in Manado partialy. Perceved value become the most highest impact on customer satisfaction followed by corporate image in the second. This model applies on wedding organizer customer in Manado. Recommendations are: Wedding organizer need to pay attention and focus the company's marketing strategy effectively and efficiently. Other researchers are focusing on the research field of management science and the science of marketing management needs to pay attention to these findings by replicating the results of this research on the object of other research in other Internet-based companies.

Megjegyzések:Banks are expected to perform their activities effectively and efficiently in order to reach financial goals. A healthy standard for banks in Indonesia is determined by Central Bank (Bank Indonesia), which is above 8% for the indication of capital adequacy ratio. This research analyses the relationship between capital adequacy ratio and its determinants between Mandiri and Mandiri Syariah bank. This research examines the simultaneous and partial influences between capital adequacy ratio and the variables of return on equity, net interest margin, loan/financing to deposit ratio, and bank size by using time series regression and using the quarterly period of 2009-2016. The results reveal that the independent variables simultaneously affect capital adequacy ratio for both banks, and by partially, the results confirm that return on equity and bank size significantly affect capital adequacy ratio. With this research, companies are encouraged to figure out the root problems on how to manage a stable financial statements that may lay on some of the variables that are discussed in this study.

Megjegyzések:With advance progress of marketing, nowadays people don't have to waste their time walking to the store to buy things. They only need to browse the internet and search for what they want and get it in no time. With this convenience in mind, the interest in online shopping is increasing. When customers intent to purchase product from the internet, they consider about perceived value and trust. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived value and trust on purchase intention of Zalora. The data was collected from 100 respondents and multiple regression analysis was used to test the relationship among variables. Based on indicators explained in perceived value which are experimental value, functional value, market value and trust which are ability, benevolence, integrity they has a significant partial effect on purchase intention. The result can be maintain by giving the customer the best value and obtain their trust to sustain their purchase intention.
