Megjegyzések:	The City of Kotamobaguand Regency of Bolaang Mongondow are two selected regions for this research. The respondents of this research are the head of households and/or housewives.The respondents were chosen purposively which are those of at least junior high school education. From 3 villages and 3 kelurahan (kelurahan is a village-level adminitrative region in a city), 60 households were chosen as respondent base. Thus, in average, 10 households were chosen from every village and kelurahan.The result of reseach shows that every independent variable ?commitment and perseverance, initiative and action, and adaptive ability ?does have positive and significant partial influence on household income in Kotamobagu and Bolaang Mongondow. It also shows that all the independent variablessimultaneously influence household income positively and significantly.

Megjegyzések:	Poverty is an economic and social phenomenon that exists in the whole history of human being in all nations including the developed ones. Many countries in the world and especially in Indonesia determine poverty alleviation as priority program in the endeavor to improve welfare of people. North Sulawesi, a province of Indonesia, also places poverty alleviation as an important agenda. The objective of this research is to find out how poverty alleviation is affected by education as a proxy of knowledge, initiative and creativity, commitment and perseverance, adaptive ability, as well as working hour. Since all the independent variables represent human resources, hence, this research gives important information on the effect of human resources on poverty alleviation. This research was conducted by collecting data from household heads and/or housewives with the main job of micro and small business, farmer, employee/teacher, and skilled worker or craftsman. The sample of 230 respondents were purposively chosen in four cities of North Sulawesi Province: Manado, Bitung, Tomohon, and Kotamobagu. The respondents were those at least have secondary school education. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression. This research finds that the independent variables - education, initiative and creativity, commitment and perseverance, adaptive ability, and working hour - do have positive and significant effect on poverty alleviation in the urban areas of North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia.

Megjegyzések:	One of the investment instruments available in this era is stock investment. Stock price movements can be closely linked to a country's macroeconomic condition. There are many research that have been conducted in terms of stock investment. However, investors are wiling to spend their funds in this type of investment, in order to attain greater return. This research aims to analyze the relationship between macroeconomic variables and stock market price from sector 2 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is conducted to examine the simultaneous and partial influence between stock market price and macroeconomic variables such as world oil price, interest rate, gross domestic product, sectoral stock price and money supply by using time series regression as the analysis method. Secondary data is the source for this research, it is based on quarterly data from January 2006 to December 2016. The result reveals that the independent variables simultaneously influences stock market price, and by partially, the results confirm that money supply and sectoral stock price significantly influences the stock market price.
